I just stayed for a second time and it was great! I was greeted and helped by Estefania; she was understanding and patient and I appreciate the accommodation. I trust this place and will stay again for sure.

Room spacious. Beautiful bathroom. One of the best showers ever. Room quiet. Bed too soft. Never could get the room cooler than 22C. Too hot for me. Breakfast very good except for the wet rag bacon, not crisp. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Big selection. WiFi good.

The breakfast is still awesome. Kindly staff. But the apartments seems to have a downgrade (we were here 2 or 3 times before).Just one chair for the desk. No more armchairs or other places to seat. Only one guest can sit at a time (double room).The other uses the bed.

Our 10 night stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The rooms were clean but in need of updating. The carpet in the hallway was threadbare, down to the concrete and color schemes were outdated. The lobby and restaurant were clean, comfortable and modern. The gym was very nice and clean. The outside atrium smelled strange (probably because you could smoke out there) but the idea of being outdoors with indoor amenities is fun. The location of the hotel is spot on. You are close to the Metro, right on Calle Alcala and within walking distance of so many great local shops, stores and restaurants. Oh and theres a garden out back! I believe it was closed while we were there but we snuck out there to enjoy it for a few hours and it was wonderful.

The hotel is perfect for tourists and locals alike. Head waiters and staff goes out of their way to accommodated some of our inquiries and needs with gusto and we really appreciate it so much. Special thanks for the choco dip for chorus. :D

Modern and clean hotel. Standard room was quite spacious. It is not located in the center but the proximity of underground station helps a lot, it takes around 25 minutes to get to the center by public transportation from the moment of leaving the hotel. The other benefit of this location is that surroundings are quiet and rather residential so you can take break from fast-paced central Madrid.Do not forget to ask about a free shuttle bus service to the airport.

Had a great stay here. Room is clean with enough space. The breakfast is great and they have pick-up service to the airport. The location is just outside Madrids city centrum but it is close to Ciudad Lineal Metro Station. So it is convenient to travel.

I was good, but no dinner AROUND after 11:00pm. Even though in the hotel. Beside that was all good.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, rooms are clean, everything bis minimalist which for me is great. The beds are good and you can sleep well in the rooms which are of a good size (I had a double room). Taxis are easy to get from the hotel using an app or just from the main road nearby. The staff are professional and efficient. The breakfast is goos, with a wide choice, and excellent fresh orange. The bar is Ok the food offering is not good enough as there is limited choice at the bar. There needs to be more choice of savoury and sweet options. The room temperature gauge is a bit of a nightmare to work out, but if you ask reception will sort it out for you. There are also not enough irons to have your shirt or suit ready for the meetings. There needs to be a few more. The toiletries need to be doubled up leaving some.in the shower not only by the main washing area. Apart from these smaller things this is an excellent hotel and I would recommend it and return there.

4.5 Stars. The location is really good. The Hotel is clean and big. The stuff is helpful and the Bus Shuttle to the Airport was perfect!! Only minus point..in the night from 13.-14.10.2018 there was a big Party or wedding at the venue next to it and until 3 a.m. the walls of the Hotel were shaking from the noise. So try not to get the last rooms at the end of the floors. You’ll never know :/

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Elba Madrid for a weekend break. Its a fine hotel and has everything one needs for comfort including a spa, restaurant and helpful Reception staff. Its situated very close to the metro line. Perfect!

It is a very good hotel. The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Watch out for the drinks in the fridge there are not free I was charged for a soda which I did drink and the clerk couldnt make up her mind on what else to charge me so she first started with a beer then peanuts. Very disappointed, a can of coke which at best is 1 dollar. Ended up paying 5 euros and paper in hotel which shows prices for the drinks has 2.75 for coke. lastly the receipt shows just the can of coke. She got scared and remove9d the other item she was making up.

Stay here for couple days, nice place, good spacious room, staff friendly, nice food for breakfast, and Dinner. The place very handy, closed to all amenity and public transport.

Do not choose this hotel! It is very noisy, walls are so thin that you hear your neighbours talking. It is also situated in an area where you have nothing to see. The breakfast is terrible. I stood 2 weeks there and I couldnt drink a decent coffee. The menu was bad and repetitive. The only persons who were very nice were the cleaning ladies and this is why I am giving 2 stars.

In terms of staff and location this hotel is great its very easy to walk to certain stores and places to experience your time in Madrid now in terms of the rooms itself they need a bit of remodeling this is the reason for the four stars I would not go if you are not a big fan of rustic or old school styles of rooms I would definitely put a modern remodel ization on this hotel but other than that it is a great place to stay if you are not planning to stay for a long period of time.

Clean room, nice hotel and good view from my room. It is ok to bring children, they also have a cafe and restaurant. The breakfast didnt have enough option as I would like. The room is well lighted and decorated. The staffs are helpful. They have free wifi for guest, free coffee and tea in the room. In-room minibar, and a safe to store your valuables.

Rooms are big but old fashion. Breakfast buffet is great with plenty of things but with a horrible coffee. You have a comfy shuttle service to the airport.

Good location. Close to 5 metro station. 3 blocks. Día closeby for cheap groceries. Lidl a bit further away but within walking distance. Decent bars and restaurants in this more residential neighborhood. Hotel amenities nice. Room spacious. Bed super comfy— like sleeping in a marshmallow. Breakfast decent. Convenient to fuels up for a long day of touring. Took bus to nearby malls. Only 15 min ride. No transfers. A nice chance from centro. Free shuttle bus to airport (15-20 min ride). Currently waiting for bus which is late 7 mins but I should be ok.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Location is nice and have access to metro and shops.

The place is nice for work events. Water was provided for all the attendees. The only missing point was the air conditioning.

Magnifico Hotel. Atención de 10 de todo el personal. Muy buena habitación, con cama grande y cómoda. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad donde escoger. También está cerca del metro con lo que la comunicación con el centro de Madrid es muy buena, estás a 20 de minutos de muchos de los sitios de interés. Cuando volvamos a Madrid nos volveremos a alojar aquí sin duda.

Lo mas destacado, el personal. En especial la mujer de recepción, es encantadora y tremendamente profesional. Dispone de una agradable terraza, y tiene buena comunicación con el centro. Recomendable.

Habitaciones muy modernas, y colchones muy cómodos, con un toque de iluminación por debajo de la cama y todo muy limpio.El desayuno muy bueno en general, sobre todo el café, buenísimo.La único negativo, quizás un poco lejos del centro, pero por lo demás, muy bien

Muy buen hotel, una ubicación perfecta, aunque alejada del centro, muy bien comunicado. La línea 5 del metro te deja en el centro.

Habitación amplia con cama de matrimonio enorme y muy cómoda, quizá las almohadas algo más altas, para mi gusto. Decoración sencilla y moderna, iluminación led en la cama, suelo y techo, completamente escondida, un mural fotográfico de cabecero. Baño amplio y plato de ducha a ras de suelo, grifo con flexo y ducha vertical. Armario algo pequeño, perchas tipo hotel situadas a demasiada altura. Aparcamiento subterráneo cómodo y bien situado, con ascensor directo al hotel. El buffet del desayuno, fantástico en surtido y servicio, cantidad y calidad. Personal de habitaciones, fenomenal.
