Worst experience. Dont even feel like giving 1 star. Its been more than 2 months and yet I have not received my dress which was defective and not fitted well by them. Once they got their money they are done. They wont listen to you or help you any further. They dont even answer the calls now all Im left with is waiting for them to give my clothes. The function I was supposed to wear it at has already gone. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Ill put up a post on FB with proofs of bills and screenshots of calls and messages attached. Atleast people should be aware where to buy from.

You people really broke my trust...after delivering me a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and giving me assurance that you will rectify it but keeping my clothes for more than 1.5 months and at the time of delivery after coming to your store you said it cannot be rectified...I kept doin messages to you that I need it for marriage but still you guys didnt bother.....will never recommend anyone in my circle to buy things from SILVER NEEDLE....
