Hi booked the hotel by MMT .I called the hotel staff and informed them about what time we will reach and when we did reach we were given rooms far away from each other which made difficult for elderly people in my family and to top it 2 rooms were not even ready they were smelling had cigrate buds . Rooms had exposed wiring lamp sockets were damaged . To top it they have a Gym just above the rooms and that to CrossFit section and you can fell people moving tiers weighing above 200kg when asked to tell them to stop there response was its gym we have to wait. The Air conditioner units had broken parts and all rooms smelled . Forget about covid sanitation it was way below normal sanitation.The bathrooms had stains and exposed wiring. Cement falling off from the walls doors broken. Toilet pots not clean.

Stayed here for two days along with my mother in route to our Roadtrip of Ladakh. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Service was quick. Tasty breakfast. They have a dedicated parking space. Check in was smooth. Every thing was upto the mark. There is a shopping complex right in front of the hotel where you can find many branded outlets.Enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Let me tell u something about this place And its an honest and non Sponsored reviewI came to jammu and the first thing i was looking was a good hotel but not that much expensive I came to bahu plaza and had my dinner at Eden and then i saw this hotel and at first i was not so sure about the place but when i booked the room and checked the place, this hotel has everything to give you except swimming pool . Ac rooms / TV / bath tub and king size beds . After my first stay my friend decided to stay here only for next few days too rather than roaming around and wasting time to look for other options. City like this and the pricing i definelty will recommend this place to everyone who is looking for hotel with moderate pricing

Amazingly big size rooms which is a very rarity nowadays in the hotel industry. Very good service and also they upgraded us to a superior room. overall a very satisfying experience. The only drawback is for any public transport one has to walk a distance.

Would like to warn all the travellers visiting this hotel that be ready for a constant disturbance caused because of Gym Upstairs this hotel, check constant falling of Dumbbells and weights causes a nightmare for entire day time along with the constant loud music. Hotel staff is very adamant and doesnt consider any customers request change the room or early chick-in as well as extension in Check- out timing excuse remains that all the rooms are occupied where as you can easily figure out that maximum rooms are empty. its better to Not to take the breakfast package as they have very limited items in their so called complementary Breakfast Menu and they keep on charging for any thing ordered, also food and breakfast served is cold even after being a paid service.

Room is extra large , very few toiletries available in wash room, only small soap and a pouch of shampoo. AC is installed far away from the beds near washroom and almirah, it hardly cools the room. parking is again an issue, as the parking is being used by the restaurant and bar adjoining the Hotel as vallet parking, very difficult to park the vehicle during night time.The location is good , easy to approach just the concern with facilities.The hotel is situated in Business hub, near to relailway station and bahu plaza.

TRG is a Good Hotel in Good Locality surrounded by every thing nearby. I was to check out early in the morning and the front office person arranged a Tea Kettle for me on the request.... over all, its good to recommend for business travelers. Hotel is in Business and Commercial Hub.

Location wise the hotel is at very good place. I took a standard room. The room given to me was full of dampness smell. When I requested them to change the room They immediately changed it and gave me a room which was exactly as shown in the photographs the service was good the staff is good overall experience is good.I did not to take food.

Hotel building is v good have bar and good restaurant hotel is well located but there is no facility for pick up and drop from railway station.as auto charge is 100 rs for 1/2 km and there is no rixa in jammu, early check in is also problem. good parking space in front of hotel mac d piza hut dominos are v near other restaurant are also there. mattress and pillow bath room are very old, rate is very high for single person ,room are extra ordinary big and fir for family or three person stay furniture is very old,

Hotel is very near to Railway station. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Service is very quick and up to the mark. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to stay near railway station in Jammu. Only thing I found as a con is tracibility of hotel, hotel should have a board displaying direction to hotel, one near NABARD and another after Vishal mega mart.

There is cult fitness above this hotel. So early morning from 6:30 to 11 and evening 4:30 to 10 you will hear all the workout sounds. Also there is a bar next to it and usually post 12 pm you will have to listen to loud voices cursing and singing breakup songs

Overall its a good place to stay , near to the railway station and also there is a shopping complex opposite the hotel, 2 good eating joints adjacent to the hotel. Staffs were friendly, rooms are spacious. They accepted early check in at 8am and also a delayed check out at 2pm . Some of the improvement areas are : (1) Water soaked walls and in some areas its peeling (2) Broken commode (3) Chocked water outlet in the washroom .
