Initially the service was good but second time it’s was just pathetic. My laundry was promised 3 days delivery. Even after 10 day there was no response They won’t pick up phones calls nor they would bother to call back. After 10 days and multiple complaints they finally did my Laundary. How ever I had to wait close to 2 hrs to get the job done. Initially the owner used to sit and he was responsive. Later his wife took over who is just not professional.

The services that U clean offers are in itself are so unique. And to add to it, they offer amazing services and excellent customer service. I had a very pleasant experience. Recommend everyone to take their services.

I wanted to try the service for first time. I went to the store with my suit to get it ironed. I simply asked for Ironing and the person at desk behaved as if I have just born yesterday and started giving me class on how steam iron is different from normal iron without me asking for it in a very rude tone of voice.The way I got treated that day gave me the picture of how good their services are going to be.
