My beautician Ms. Pooja is excellent ..She is extremely talented nd soft speaking woman ..I loved her service and will prefer her for every service .

One of the oldest VLCC centre in Jammu serving from over 20 years , and the services here are amazing. The Centre Head Ms Reema is extremely polite and excellent with Customer services. Dr Arti is very well versed with dermatologist and excellent in Consultations. Great place to take services for Beauty and Salon services.

I loved working with VLCC for our engagement . Its different looks and VLCC was able to execute and give me exactly what I wanted.Its a true professional . Awesome! VLCC is also a great energy to have in the room while you are getting ready. Its is super fun and positive and makes everyone feel special and beautiful. Vlcc jammu is worst in terms of Providing services after commitment. They take money in advance and book services but after booking they denied to provide services on timing. Staff of Vlcc is very rude in behavior. I dont more about the other branches but Gandhi Nagar branch staff is after misbehaving.

My experience with the waxing was worst in VLCC gandhinagar. First of all the lady doing my waxing was not at all professional. I got burns on my skin after that, I cant really explain the way she did it but it was very bad. I suggest u to not go there for waxing at least. N this was not the first time of my waxing n never have I got burns before. I think the price were high compared to the cheap service VLCC gandhinagar provided to me. I was very disappointed and do not want to go back there. Also the irritating thing is they call u so many times after u go there n submit ur no. To them. Very bad marketing.

I visited so many times but every time the staff is always busy in their gossip and the receptionist is always busy in gossiping with other staff. Moreover, the washrooms are in very dirty condition. Though some staff members are very loyal to their work but the others are👎🏻👎🏻

I am visiting VLCC from more than a decade now. I took almost all the services from this centre. But I always prefer Mrs. Rajni for doing all the services. She always took extra pain in providing the services and it is always upto the mark. I am suggesting please visit VLCC Gandhi nanar Jammu & do take the service from Mrs. Rajni.

This time,I am very much disappointed with the vlcc gandhi nagar staff and especially I am very disappointed with my hair dresser Mr.agman Bali.i told him to trim my side hair and not the mid part of hair but he didnt give any importance to me and trimmed my whole hair.i hope you will take an action against him.i hate vlcc now.

The low rating of the salon is not for their work as such but for their management. The manager in the VLCC Gandhinagar named Daisy is one arrogant woman with no skills of management. She is full of unnecessary attitude with no credentials of being a manager. Rest of the staff was so polite and humble in dealing but this woman is highly mismanaged with the slot nn service bookings and on top of that argues back like an ignorant ill mannered person. Absolutely disappointed with her behaviour. One she has no management skill and second she has bad attitude. i could have sued VLCC for her misbehaviour and filthy language usage with client. A salon that has been such a brand for so many years need to hire better managers. Rest of their staff is polite, especially the make up artist named Meenu is excellent at her craft. The salon needs to have a manager who can deal with the clients in a way that not only saves their age old reputation but also their clients.

This time the staff(priya) was too rude and pathetic with with her services. She said wrong things about vlcc products itself which she is applying while waxing and facial. And then defends that she is been motivating me to use better one at the cost of bad mouthing vlcc products. She burnt skin while waxing and fighting too. Utterly disappointed with the service. I dont think I will encourage anybody to visit the center again
