It’s a good place to check your eyes. First time I have checked my eyes at GEM optician , Jammu but unfortunately there doctors was not so expert and they gave me wrong lens, then I went to Titan eye plus, I was really very happy to see there doctors team.Don’t go for local opticians, they are making us fool.

The management team is very professional and helpful.I needed a small correction because of my cylindrical number and they have accepted the same by being very kind. Hoping to receive the updated spectacle soon.The way they offer after services, makes us confident and comfortable towards our purchase.

Very poor workmanship, customer service and quality of work. I had ordered a prescription lens and paid 6000₹ as advance. On delivery, the specks were not properly made and glass was ill fitted in frame. After explaining to the staff, which they did not want to understand, they took the piece back for replacing the glasses. After another almost 15 days, I was given my specks with wrong prescription lenses.Very poor show. I was in full mood to complain against the store, but didnt.

They doing very good job . And also the way of eye testing is owsm .they listen my problem relating eyes and daily activities first and they suggest me lense accordingly . And I also love it when they told me that lense is custmize for me. Good job titan eye plus
