Its a good place for stay as well as celebration party .It can be good for corporate level as well as individual level with or without family along with either of kids . Food quality is awesome, Rooms are in their best shape in current Covid Pandemic situation.Party halls are also very good.I liked this place and Managing the guest Mr Chetan is outstanding.

The hotel have few restaurant for dine in. The restaurant are neat and clean and serve a wide variety of cuisines.They even have a pub which only opens at night time. The quality of food is good and service is very fast.

Restaurant at the roof top is extremely well managed and has an nice ambience which makes it feel like king size dine out .Cherry on the top is Mr. Ranjan Fotedar who makes the transition of food from kitchen to table in a smoother way .He is very gentle towards guests and he has always exceeded my expectations .Front desk lady Mrs Meenakshi is another gem of the sucess story of this hotel.Good experience i must say...

This property is no where near to ITC standards. Rooms are very good and spacious but are not kept properly. I stayed in room 204. The passage to the room was very dark with only one light on. The handle of the bathroom door was loose. There was lot of dust on the corners of side tables. Due to COVID only one restaurant was functional which is quite ok but when we asked for a Coke we were told that they only have Pepsi & 7 UP which is very strange that they being a ITC affiliated property you just have a choice of 2 soft drinks. Their Bar close at 7 pm and they do not serve liquor even in rooms after 7 pm. The buffet Break Fast is very ordinary and nowhere near to ITC standards. Only one canned Juice & no other choice. Like the say we stayed they were only serving canned Mango juice. Our request for some other option was refused. When I asked for a Latte I was bluntly told that it is not served with Breakfast. The Toast machine was not functioning & when we requested for Toast they bought us the bread warmed maybe on gas/ fire from the attached pantry. Upon requesting for a proper toasted bread they bought it after 10 min maybe from main kitchen but by the time it reached us it was totally cold. Boiled eggs were re-filled after around 20 mins, but they were not boiled properly as the white portion was coming out with the shell while pealing. Paneer Paranthas being served were a total disappointment. The platform behind the seats where flower pots were kept in Orchid restaurant was full of dust as if not cleaned for some days. Overall a very normal property no where near to ITC standards at all.

Although after opening of new properties in jammu it seems old ...the best part is its location that is centrally located and offcourse its restaurant with awasome views of tawi river and bagh a bahu fort ..But they have to improve on housekeeping as rooms are not cleaned as per ITC standards ,Aircon need repairs as its fan make lots of noise ...and also on restaurant front they need to improve the service as it is too slow if more guests came ...Rest on front desk the lady officer steal the show as she seems really working for ITC standards rest take things easy way out..

Nice place for restaurant and hotel.The cost effective for all food. The complete area is very neat & clean, very hygienic. Also its location is in the City and easily reachable for everyone coming either from Airport or Railway. Place is good for small or big party and functions.

One of the worst experience I ever had with this hotel... I booked room for newly married couple... First of all room charges are high... Then the decoration charges which the grab from us is not according to the decoration. We booked room with breakfast.. But still hotel staff is asking for breakfast in morning that Whether you need breakfast or not. If you are charging for every thing then why you not giving the services.... This is my always favorite place in Jammu. It got a nice location and a km away frommain market which helped people to digest their food easily, lol. The staff is very courteous. Back side got a park and lake view which looks good in an evening hours

We stayed there for 2 days. Hotel room was nice and well maintained. Best part is they have 3 different restaurants/ bar inside the same premises. Restaurant Earthen Oven at top floor has nice view and food was amazing. Breakfast Orchid was good too. Did not try Fortuna Bar or Deli cafe.They have free shuttle service to airport too. suggestion: spa/jacuzzi would be nice to have

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is highly irresponsive and lethargic. I stayed in this hotel on 02.02.2020 in room no 101 and 105 with my family. The hotel staff allocates me a room which was used by another tourist. Central table was dirty, onion peals, used tissue papers and the pastry cream was on the table. Dust bin wasm full of empty bottles. I was surprised how the room was cleared from housekeeping staff for check-in. And if hey have cleaned then how it was used by someone else. The bathroom floor was dirty. The hand shower was leaking.Though it was club roomHorrible !!!!Amit Bansal

Situated right in the city. The rooms are clean with every amenities in place. Cordial and helpful staff. The pillows are to die for!Somehow the breakfast buffet lacks it charm. The baked goods are really below quality. Could work on that a little.It is best to know that the TV channels are very restricted, even after requesting few times they could not top up the English channels.The room service is quick and portion sizes are ample for two servings.

Nice place to stay in jammu. Quiet near to main Raghunath temple and Raghunath market. Front desk is quiet warm when welcoming guests. Breakfast can be improved with variety. Basic amenities are available but you have to ask for things like dental kit, bathroom slippers, etc. Best thing about this hotel that they give complimentary airport drop facility.

Very very delicious food, good ambience.But the menu has very little options. They need to work on that as after 4-5 visits, one starts feeling that one doesnt want to go there again. Also, with more hotels coming up, they have a competition. The new places offer equally good food and many more options in the menu.

From check in to check out all was excellent. accommodation and food was awesome. Location is in main area and close to Raghunath temple. Airport drop is also on time.Hospitality..drop to airport.

The name itself somehow renders this hotel the ambience of being an upscale place which it no doubt is. The hotel has 3 spacious banquets which is good for hosting any kind of celebratory function. However my grouse happens to be for two very sigNificant factors which the hotel didnt consider aptly; one is the absolute lack of any basement parking which considering the amount of crowd this hotel tends to pull should have been their priority. Second, the food which should be a staple reason to bring any customer back again was not up to the standard as I would have expected.Otherwise the hotel is fine with warm ambience and beautiful decor.

Rooms are clean n neat. Room size is just manageable. The receptionist is not very customer friendly, one incident about that is that they have severe reservation of providing WIFI for only one person for each room. most hotels in Jammu i checked had not similar reservations. Food was ok.

I was fortunate to stay in this hotel Fortune inn Rivera from 26th September to 1st Oct 2018 while i was in jammu for a badminton tournament. The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent. The front desk reception especially Meenakshi was very help full and professional. Further their restaurant in the fourth floor is really good, with mouth watering delicious food with the back ground of live classical music is mind blowing. with out doubt i will stay in the same hotel if i visit Jammu again.

Had went to J&k trip with family and we booked 2 suites for our family.The rooms were clean and very well maintained. Hotel staff was so well behaved and helpful. Room service was always on their toes and ready to sever be it anything at any point of time. They have an in house restaurant which offers amazing delicacies. The hotel also has a disco lounge and a normal lounge where you can spend time with friends and relax.I would recommend this hotel to family traveller or couples as well.thank uh so much

One of the iconic hotel in Jammu. Hotel is around half an hour drive from airport. Its situated on the banks of Tapi River. Hotel front desk staff is courteous and give full attention guest while checkin.F and B section takes good care of guest.Rooms are comfortable and appropriate size.Excellent for defence persons too as they provide excellent discount to their guest.The rooms were a little small but clean, A/C, bathroom and other facilities were great. The food was exceptional and the service at the restaurant was commendable. The hotel is situated (walking distance) on the west side of the river Tawi and has a beautiful view of the river. Next time I visit Jammu, my first choice will certainly be Fortune Inn Riviera.

One of the best professionally managed(by Fortune group) properties in Jammu city. Great location at the heart of the city. I often pay a visit to their coffee shop with my friends. Its is open till 4 am and serves food/beverages till 4 am - which is great ! A little on the expensive side though.

A nice place to stay in jammu

Was here for one night with a group of friends. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff at the reception was very warm and courteous esp Meenakshi. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel is close to the Raghunath Temple, hardly10 mins walking distance. Loved the shades on the window which do not allow sunlight to enter so no problem of waking early in the morning due to light.

A very good property to stay with family, friends or solo. Nice food, good staff. Great hospitality,would definitely come back again and enjoy staying in this hotel whenever I visit jammu.
