The library with nice and quite atmosphere. Sitting cabin area is extremely good,neat and clean. There is socket in every seat so that you can charge your phone or laptop while studying and locker facility, cold/hot water, newspapers. basically complete is every aspect what i have observed in jammu 👌

Good library, very much space to study as compare to other librarys. Very good atmosphere to study. Staff is very helpful. One of the most important thing, sitting arrangement is very excellent all side cover desk so that no one can disturb you.All this in genuine rate. So I personally recommend visit once.
