It’s was 27 th March I took my 78year old father to Batra hospital who was suffering with high fever-cough ,diarrhea and sever weakness.In emergency I met a junior doctor who without taking vitals or physical examination or history just seeing him once said he is fine no need of any treatment.I asked for senior doctor who can help me to get my father admitted bcz I knew he was suffering from covid,but other doctor told me that he seems fine now (temp-103F ,BP-90/60,Spoz-90%)-in case of emergency take him to Katra hospital .I wasn’t given any help from Batra hospital.On top of that when I asked for ambulance to take him to Katra I was told we don’t have ambulance presently.No paper work was done.In short he was positive and he conditions was already worse so got him admitted in Katra hospital for his further treatment.FYI I am an emergency doctor in Delhi and I didn’t reveled my identity in Batra .I got to know that hospital is not even a hospital anymore it’s just Libby where doctors roam around a,have tea and gossip but not patient care-emergency treatment toa dur ke baat hai.being a doctor myself I took his vital in that hospital then and there only and on basis of that shifted to Katra as if I was working for Batra hospital .While growing up I looked up to this hospital thinking one day I will work here but fortunately I didn’t got stuck in such a unethical junk place.If I wasn’t a doctor myself I would’ve surely lost me father.

Its so clean and the expense also moderatethe staffs are very supportiveAnd there is a very beautiful garden you can rest hereCrowd free areaAway from the main city

Highly not recommendedArrogant reception & information staff, i called for information & the staff was so rude & unprofessionalThird class staffI can sense what kind of service this BATRA HOSPITAL can provide

This hospital is killing machine my experience is very bad I cant aproved for any patient pls choose other hospital for our relatives pls pls pls

Killed our family member.. They had oxygen still stopped the supply because all they want is money from patients till they can and then kill them afterwards. If you really want treatment and want to be alive, dont visit this hospital. They will kill you.

Worst Hospital Management,Worst Facility/Infrastructure,Inexperienced Doctors.Not Any CCTV Camera installed. Patients are found missing in this hospital.My Uncle,Vijay Chib an ex army man got admitted since 2 months back and from 1 month there is not any clue about him where he is.Even The Hospitals Staff did not know about my Uncle and they are giving excuses that there is not any CCTV cameras Installed.We tried filing a FIR against the Hospital but no one took a case against the Hospital as the Hospital might be backed by the politicans and police.The news about the incident is being aired on Local J/K Channels like gulistan news j&k,etc.My uncle might be used by Hospital as a dead body for Training Purposes for Students who are Trained here for doctors as my uncle was not mentally stable .Dont Ever go to this Hosiptal.Patients may get miss if you left the caring job on the Hospital Staff.Actually,its a Training Center for Students not a Hospital.My Uncle got refered here from Army Military Hospital.Its an Honest Review and am writing this so that people think while going to this hospital(Training Center).......
