Horrible experience.They do not have any staff .There is only one guy who works as saleman and as billing staff .We had to wait for 1 hour to get the bill as their online billing system was not working...Currently at the store ,still waiting.Ac at store is not working ...till now have not got the bill.. Worst Bata Store.

Every time I visit, I feel more satisfied than ever before. The staffers are very very nice, attentive & courteous. The initiative & drive of the Shivani Maam, worthy Store Manager is above board. She always travels an extra mile to see that the Customer is satisfied which is what is expected of a capable Manager. My best wishes. Jai Hind🇮🇳

Very efficient Staff and now started with home delivery a very good concept but do add more range

Very helpful and courteous staff but do add variety as compared to other stores nearby every time cant book online order but staff is very polite and knowledgeable

In this pandemic COVID 19 Bata is very much conscious for their customers. As I visited today Bata store Jewel Chownk I didnt realize that whole world is lost in saving themselves and being lock down in their homes. Come outside not to worry while shopping with BATA BRAND. Feels safe and happily did shopping from their. Nice management great staff. Keep it up guys. BATA ROCKS.
