They didn’t give reports on time.. as the receptionist said you will get reports same day after 3pm but they gives us report next day . This need to be improved a lot . And it’s been 3rd day still I waiting for my TPHA reports .. they didn’t give me yet . I call 2 times in the reception they said to me call back . Also they didn’t call me back .. my all the process in the embassy is paused by just these reports .. is it good ???? I am very disappointed with this …

Truly a good place to get all your diagnostic done in Jammu. My wife got all her ultrasound during her pregnancy in this facility and honestly speaking place is well maintained and the cleanest in the area.Special attention i wana bring towards the Dr. Prachi Mahajan(Sonologist) ,she is very carrying and carries out her job very diligently and calmly.She handles her patient in a very positive way.Facility has a separate and comfortable waiting arrangement for pregnant ladies which is very appreciable.

Slightly expensive but overall good clinic. Neat and clean. Receptionist is also good. The dr. Who does ultrasound, she is also good nd polite.

Lot of waiting time. Receptionists are very rude and portray as though they are doing a favour on you. Never ever seen them even smile. Poorest Customer Service. Forgot to add, this all excludes preferential treatment for VIPs..
