They have good range of latops and other related accessories.But if you are going to purchase laptop , they will provide some extra accessories with it . So, make sure to check those items twice or thrice because whatever they provided to me were third class .Earphone not working.Laptop keyboard cover doesnt stick.Even the cleaning kit comes only with spray no wipe or anything .They just provide bad quality accessories just to make customer happy but the thing is they dont work.

I had a very great experience the first time i bought a laptop here but the 2nd time i went with my niece to get a printer for a school projects and that too for 6th standard. I asked them for a cheap printer and they started pitching me printers worth 15k and wen i was adamant on buying a cheap one cuz it was jus for some prints they showed me a CANON printer for 3k which i really liked but they also said it might not work after a few times( the ink will dry up) as if they didnt want me to buy the cheaper option. I mean what the hell was that i got the same printer somewhere else 😏

Probably the worst place to buy a laptop from. I bought a notebook laptop from them and its not been even a year and a new problem occurs in it. This store should be renamed as *Worst* buy computers. Most people who make purchase from this store have less knowledge regarding computers/laptop but it is advisable to them to do a little research online before buying any thing offline.I visited this store today for building my custom pc & i heard this store is wholesale shop. But i found they are selling products at higher prices even higher than amazon. Although everybody know that as far as PCs are concerned, offline markets should sell at lil bit low prices than online retailers. The reason behind this is competition but i guess there is not much competition in pc markets jammu as for now; thats why this store is selling items at higher prices.Atlast im gonna suggest yall to check prices at e commerce sites.(amazon,flipkart, mdcomputers) or if possible go to Nehru possible delhi and after deducting ur travel expenses you still gonna save much more than making purchsing from this shopSo for me i have waited for1 year to build my custom pc, im expecting the prices would go even low during upcoming october sale at amazon and flipkart and would eventually purchase online.

Not recommended at all.They talk to you very sweetly when they want to sell the product but when it comes to service they talk rudely especially people at the reception and salesman. I would strongly recommend anyone buying the product to get it from the actual company showroom rather than them. Mr Bedi who is the owner is a humble man but that doesnt help much.We bought products worth 3-4 lacs in last 2 years and thats how they treat us, can well imagine how they would deal with other customers

I repaired my laptop hinges and they charged me for 2 new hinges after 6month again it broke so i checked in other shop and i found that bot are different.so do go there repair your laptop some where else.Other electronics products are also available.
