I submit my complaint regarding non functional street lights in W No. 37 Janipur colony but no one call or take any action for this. pathetic JMC. I will give them zero star.....

I registered a complaint online in July regarding Improper drainage system in our locality which led to further flooding. They just called me to give assurance and so far nothing has been done. Because of such lazy people, our country can never develop. No respect for JMC anymore.Thank You.

I gave an application 3-4 months back for an issue, no response till now! When you visit their office, employees are on phone doing nothing! This is why I hate government offices. ‘Naam bde darshan chote’

Worst service... We live in gole Gujral area. There is no dustbin in this area and the garbage collecting auto come 10 days a month. All are minting money in there own way....

The most unprofessional organsiation

There is no problem of parking as paid parking is available but the only area where improvement is needed is the hygiene condition of the area.....Though it is Municipal Corporation yet there is huge scope for improvement..

Parking problem otherwise good

There is no mask distribution of ward no 4 ghou manhasan,jammu people are using scraf or no mask and councellar is not coming to know that people are aware or have mask or anything they need in covid19 please look and do the needful.

How many times we have complaint but no response.Sweeper comes the day he want to after a gap of 5-6 days otherwise no responsibility.Janipur hari nagar lane no 5 jammuInfact broken streets but no tender for new construction of streets.Nobody listens

Worst muncipality and service is absolutely zero at ground level .

A dustbin was placed from last one month in our ward 67... No one came here from last one month to empty the waste in the dustbin

Our area is not inspected by any municipal Corporation officers how much dirty lanes in our area.

Even though head office of Jammu municipality but still in bad phase for cleanliness and need great attention. View from 4th floor of town hall building. Jkbank is in 1st floor, insurance office in 2nd floor and 3rd floor is of jkbank again and 4th belongs to municipality. Located in heart of Jammu municipality

Worst experience.God only knows how the JMC is functioning.No supervision.no sanitation.stinking open plots.choked drains.scatterred filth.nullahs blocked.safaikaramcharis never bother .no control over new constructions . pitiable conditions.Lot of hopes from new commissioner of JMC the earlier one has only minted huge money.

Cant believe someone likes it to star . You can see gross procedures, lack of courtesies to public, inadequate parking, babus dont follow time schedules especially public times, bruecrats sit like sitting with raj-paat

The Jammu municipal corporation has no concern about cleanliness in the area. The corpses of the dead dogs have been lying on the streets for 2 days . The roads are stinking. Location next to sher e Kashmir Bhavan.

Seeing the condition of streets in Jammu I think Municipal officer dont bother.

Not consistent in managing

Worst services. not ready to listen. And those who pretend to listen seem to be helpless.

Very very poor performance. Our area is never inspected by any officer from last 10 years. We hire personal labours to clean drains as JMC never took care about it.
