It was worst experience of my life. I have bought bikes n cars from many companies but I never experienced such worst behaviour and customer service. Dont buy anything from this showroom. Other brands will give you gifts like helmet, etc but they are not give u anything. I went in this showroom few days ago to purchase Activa 5G Scotty but no one was attending or paying attention. We have to go and ask them what to do? I went in showroom for two days but they havent even offered a glass of water. After documentation, I was waiting for the Scotty, I asked for the tea many times but I got after around 30 mins.As they arent giving you helmet, you have to purchase separately. I also bought helmet for which I have ₹20 shortage as cash. They havent given ₹20 discount for which I need to use NetBanking and Mobile network was not working in Jammu. So I asked for WiFi so that I can buy helmet but they even refused to share that. Such a bad experience. I will never ever buy anything from Honda again.

Bad experience. Although customer room is ac and eco-friendly but the service for which customer visit is very poor. No care of customer. Very delay in their work. Everyone just think about their comfort not about the wish of customer. Noone even ask you for water. They even took a day to complete you paper work. They dont have online payment option also. Their sub branch are also very bad. They even dont have proper machine. Overall just ok ok because you need to buy the bike or Scotty, otherwise not happy with their preformance...

Worst ever experience. They made me wait for 2 hours before they actually took my scooty. My scooty was almost in the same condition after service. It wasnt even washed. What else can be said? No mirror adjustment, and suprisingly half of my fuel tank was empty after service. On complaining, i wasnt attended properly but simply asked to come again some other day. This has happened third time with me in a row.

Worst customer service, non AC waiting room, unethical behavobe of receptionist, no card payments available.. even sales executives dont have any interest in dealing with customersPrefer not to buy any vehicle from the agency

Unacceptable very bad service, I bet they just wash your two wheeler and return it without servicing it. Even their sales is very unprofessional, illiterate staff.I gave them new Activa for 1st service and they returned back with scratches and it was even not serviced, problems were all they. I stopped using their services and got all done from outside

When u went to buy they follow u and keep pleasing u but if u will go for anything else they dont respond up to the mark

Worst service...I gave my scooty for repair,at that time they asked it would take 7 days to repair, but when i call them, firstly they didnt talk well and ask that it will take 1 month..

No parking facility they treat your vehicle as it is junk material. Always in hurry to finish there work without knowing what customer want with their vehicles. Then dont let you stand inside there workshop to let you see your vehicle serviced and ask you to go upstairs and sit in customer lounge which is really pathetic. Lounge is in very condition. Staff is not experienced i find them as they are honda trained mechanic.If you able to sneak into workshop then only you can able see them properly working on your vehicle other wise from lounge cctv you can see them skipping some step of your services.If you told them do this or tight a particular nut if you are inside workshop then they will other wise they dont pay any attention.At last there is no discipline people how come early morning and get number according to that but some employee take vehicle of there know one first and tell you that they are booked one person but actually they are not ( i know this because i have been through it. I ask that person whether you have booking or not so he told me that he has a friend how know that mechanic and thats how he will be able to get his vehicle first inside the workshop for servicing.
