Totally pathatic company!!!They are not bothered about your parcel!Our parcel reached 9th April and its 12 they havent deliver it yet! Very unprofessional!!Poor company!! Shameeee!!!!

Lazy courier service ....they arent bother abt ur parcel

One consignment was shipped in my name which was ti be delivered at Roop Nagar at Prime location...FedEx Jammu kept the consignment for3 days and its still lying there...this branch is pathetic and a blot in the name of Fedex

My shipment had reached in jammu on 01st Oct and still time they have not delivered it and no update so far on tracking portal also .Did not care for our parcels not bothered about it .This is not my first experience with them . I dont understand why the shopping companies are booking orders with them .lazy service. Didnt recommended.

Worst delivery, changed my delivery date by themselves and put the name on customer that he changed it, this is 3d time

Tough to find.. Not an appropriate location for such services
