We had a good stay here on our way back from Ladakh.Rooms are good and well maintained.Ample safe parking for our bikes.Most importantly-The staff were friendly and very helpful.The food was excellent and the buffet was well laid out. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and satisfying.All in all a great experience and I look forward to coming again.

Stay was good - 4Not wheelchair accessible parking but having wheelchair accessible entrance. - 3Staff is helping nature - 5Infrastructure is well maintained - 4.5Rooms are big and enough space for 2 people. Bed, sofa, reading table, reading lamp, cupboard, dressing table, coffee maker, water bottles and other necesaary things are provided. - 5Room Cleanliness is not so good. In my stay of 5 days, floor is not cleaned and when I get in the room, I felt dirt and dust and saw my feet got dirty. - 3They provide good service of Hot water, AC, room heater, laundry, etc. - 5Room service staff need to train more as they look like fresher. - 4Breakfast has well prepapred and healthy too. In breakfast, you will get too less choices than those mentioned in menu card. - 4.5Dinner menu is also good. But I got disappointed when they do not have the dishes that mentioned in menu card. But I like taste of Dal Makhani here. It has really great taste. Along with that, you can have Paneer Bhurji, Paneer butter masala, paneer kadhai, Kulcha, Paratha, Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti and all of these Ive tried personally and all of these dishes have really great taste. But, I got disappointed for Paneer Lababdar, Garlic Naan. So overall score for dinner is - 4.Hot water is available only from 5.00 to 10.30 and 17.00 to 22.30 and for that too, you need to call them to turn on. But I am really thankful to staff, cause they specially provided me in afternoon in A special bucket and a mug. - 5

Worst food, I have attended marriage Last night, seriously food was pathetic. They have added tamarind water in champ which had made the dish highly sour in taste. Their Dal Makhani was too bad. The food was not not in Foul taste but really tasteless. I will never reccomend this hotel to anybody. I have never expect such tasteless preparations from Mango hotel. I dont think they have any cook in their kitchen, instead road side eateries have better cooking skill as compared to their cooks. I cant imagine how they have cooked such tasteless food. One more thing, in gajar halwa instead of gajar they have added pumpkin.Lastly, I would give negative star rating to Mango hotel but my bad luck, such rating doesnt exist.

Possibly the worst experience one can have from a hotel. The way they treat you is absolute rubbish. The phrase customer is king is never heard here. Let alone king, not even a servant here. I would recommend going to Lemon Tree which is almost the same price after discounts and 10 times better. The food is rubbish here, the beds are stained and dirty. The bathrooms are... OMG I cant even begin to explain.

Horrible experience. Checked in the night and found that AC is not working. Staff says we do not have any option, you need bear with it as we are sold out. So I kept juggling with them till midnight and nothing changed. Linen is so poor that I cant describe. And all this is when I called them before checking in and mentioned that pls ensure all is working fine. Worst Hotel.. Pls do not book .!!!

I was there for a dinner party. The arrangement was made in a hall at the basement for about 100 guests. The ambiance was very decent and the staff was cooperative enough. But there were enough demerits:1. The quality of food was quite ordinary. For Rs 1280 per plate, it was pathetic to say the least. To give You a comparison, I find the food at PoG, wave mall quite decent (starters are really good). If you find food there worth Rs 500 per plate then the food at Mango Hotels was not worth more than Rs 300 per plate.2. The washroom, though small ( 2 commodes, no urinals) was clean and dry. But there was no hand dryer machine and the paper towels in the dispenser were missing for the 6 hours that I was there.

The hotel is located almost 7-8 kms outside the city of Jammu. It has been built mainly as a banquet hall with related services.The room is large, well lit with a good attached bathroom. The breakfast was decent with 5-6 options and good taste.Overall value for money if you are just there to stay in the night. It is not a good base if you want to travel in Jammu city and nearby locations

Rooms are not properly maintained. Washroom felt like they hadnt clean it for days. The service is the worst I have ever seen. The inhouse restaurant have the worst food ever. Ordered 4 different things, none of them were up to the mark. Even with all these short-comings the staff behavior is pathetic. They are so rude and unprofessional. I will strongly recommend not to stay or eat at this worst hotel.
