I had expected good service and hospitality from PNG but unfortunately I dont find here in Jamkhandi branch.1. No one was there to welcome the customers which we can find in all PNG branches.2. Hospitality and service towards customer- 10% no welcoming behaviour in any of the sales guys which can be find in all PNGs.3. Sales guys knowledge regarding the jewelry- 10-15% only. When we asked regarding the current price, making charges, gst etc the guys had no clear idea frequently they asked here and there and confused us.4. Sales guys werent well efficient and mannered in the work or their attire.I had purchased the gold earrings from this place.Kindly make it worth shopping experience of customers its really bad to see the sales guys here who arent trained well in PNG.

It was totally a bad experience b,coz if customer want return the jewelry they will create scene & wont cooperate properly.

Tried calling them many times. No one picks the call. The phone is even kept busy for long hours.

This jewelry store is cheating .. The one star I gave was also sick. But what you need to do is not to share the experience by giving a minimus star rating point, it is not cheated in that store, it is very good cheat Modta .. I am sharing my experience ...i) 10gram purity = 95.88%.ii) 10 gram purity = 94.39% .. andiii) 10 gran = 94.75%.iv) 10gram purity = 91.66%.But he only counted iti) 10gram purity = 95.%.ii) 10 gram purity = 94.% .. andiii) 10 gran = 94.%.iv) 10gram purity = 91.%. The top 2.63% didnt count. Here, they didnt show us the computer screen ...When asked this, it said that melting taxes are not making charges.The overall cheating to me is 1050 ₹….Remember it was a fraud that took me out of my house ....A cheat who feels like going to a client ... So I have not given my gold back ... But there are always more cheating in other jewelery shops ... If you want to buy a new one, check out BIS 916 Hallmark for every jewelry, then buy ... Dont let me check the purity of thier shops gold .... Thus you do not go with your old gold, they certainly deduct purity percentage in the name of melting charges ... The arguments with the vegetables but when it comes to gold, they dont even know the rules and the cost of buying GOLD ...
