The store in the tower is UNACCEPTABLE. My mother went to get something and went to give 40 cents on one and two minute coins and she did not accept them. next time I will be there with the competent authorities. SHAME

Something of all a Greek Chinese department store

We ordered a coffee table and when it came the top in the corners was knocked. It was not well packaged and with the transport it was hit. We called them and they told us they would do what they could. After a few weeks they called us and sent us another piece of wood from above, perfectly packaged for free. Very good service!

It does not take any measures against the pandemic

You are unacceptable!!! Worst customer service ever !! A piece of furniture that came in the signs, crippled, to call you how long you do not change it, to have sent you photos and just tell me a lot of irrelevant things, I cry my money !! Same on you!!!

The 3 stars come for the regular store that have impeccable service. due to quarantine but I bought some things from the site and they informed me that shipping is 5 euros (while we are in the same city) and my order had already been prepaid with a card. I understood if there is a cash on delivery cost within these 5 euros. I will prefer the physical store of Pyrgos and never the site again.

I bought a metal outdoor closet that was sent to me in Athens. There was a construction problem that made it difficult to assemble. When I called the store they treated me with courtesy and understanding, a technician contacted me and with his suggestions the problem was overcome. The people were kind and helpful, they immediately recognized the problem without excuses and gave a solution. Go on like this!!
