First room we were let into wasnt cleaned from the prior guests.Second rooms sheets were dirty.Bed hard as a rock.TV missing its remote.Drunk people yelling and spitting on the street all night.Definitely wouldnt recommend.The young attendant fella at the front was nice enough though!Perhaps the hotel is understaffed?

It was good experience with kaka residency. Clean room and very supportive staff. It would be great if they improve few things such as hot water facility in washroom and for drinking water they are using use and through bottles repeatedly, instead they can use water cooler. One more thing which was bothering me was that they served exactly similar food in lunch and dinner. I hope manager will look after above few points.

It was a good experience with Hotel Kaka Residency. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. All rooms are neat and clean.

Room we were given at check in. Second room was as bad and dirty. Linen was stained, torn and shabby.

Not a good place to stay for 1 day. But Bathroom was not clean after the travellers left.Bathroom I got was dirty, to which staff said its ok and didnt make any effort to clean it.

This place provides low budget accomodations, Non-AC rooms are too hot, they wont give you Towels because they have sent it to laundry (stayed 2 days), due to low budget they are not having much amenities.
