The Worst Service Center ever.They dont even check customers problem they directly tell them that we have a lengthy line of customers, we cant attend you now....This was the worst Service Center Ive ever been to..

Im sharing my experience . Peoples are so Aurogant they dont have manners how to behave with constumer and dont want to hear problem of constumer regarding device .i went for service speaking so Aurogant like they try their best to prove you wrong.they are unprofessional and I think they are not dedicated to their work. Very disappointed.

I personally have very bad experience because without checking my mobile they said to change mother board .I try to explain that the problem was not so serious please check at least one but they are not ready for that. After that same mobile was repaired in gokani market only in 200ruppes . It works nicely. So please do not go to such shop they cost so much to lot of people . Please check another service center.

Owner is good helpful. But the staff is not much co-operative unless we elaborate the problem successfully. My headphone jack is not repaired well and also speaker problem is still there..

The best store I have ever reached , in 15 mins I got the display combo changed , n its really a true feedback so trust mi , the best service n brand ever .. the nature of manager was so good .. they are very attentive towards their work

I would strongly recommend never ever go to this service center. I am telling u my experience. I m using Motorola g5 plus handset its just 3 months old and my sim card got stucked due to minor displacement of card in card tray. When I went to this center they told me mother board is damaged u need to replace the board wid new board and this wont come under warranty as its comes under physical damage(cost of new board is 8.5 thousand rupees). Although mobile is in working condition. Then I came back and i checked with the service center from J.M. road pune. Within 1 hour they remove the sim card from my mobile and it is under warranty. Now I have doubt are these people from jalgaon service center really working for customer or just earning money by making fool to our jalgaonkar. Think once before going to this service center even I am requesting motorola company to revoke dealership from such a morons who never deliver true service to the customers. Shame on u jalgaon service center

It is very worst service centre of Xiomi and Lenovo and any other companies. Because service provider is lier. When I visit to this service centre they not properly treat with there customer and they replace my accesories but after exchange of accesories accesories gives problem to charging then I again visit to service centre then they give new accesories gives problem for some time. And then I call customer care for misbehave of service provider then customer care ask them why happen then they tell totally lier to customer care. But I also recommend to give visit to this service centre and then share your experiences about this.

Service is too slow. Takes much time for a simple job. And more over the address Google shows its not there anymore. The new branch is near khandesh complex, IDBI bank ,nehru Chowk.

Three star for the most third class service . Its been a week for just a simple work i.e software. Even though I received a confirmation msg to pick up the phone but still they said It will require more time.Most poor type of service.😡😡Too much disappointed from the Xaiomi Company for choosing om Services as their authorised service centre.

Worst Service :This guy was not able to repair the problem in phone. Over and above it, in service dictionary he writes as phone was fallen in water. Due to which although phone was in warranty it was not considered to be as in warranty. And then finally leing something or else everyday he took over 3 months and havent even returned phone and finally is asking me to take half money of the handset.
