I m attending the morning batch from 6.15 to 7.15 under the guidance of our beloved and respected teacher krunal Mahajan Sir. He is really guiding us with keen and observing steps. I m enjoying the class with my whole hearted. I have the survical and lumber spandolyasis probelm but he guiding me properly. I m feeling fresh and enthusiastic after attending the class. Hope all the members of this group are also getting and will get the benefits from this nirdhar Yog classes. Mrs Smita pile madam and Dyaneshwar patil sir are aslo supporting with their great devotion.

Krunal sir is a wonderful yoga instructor!I like how he selects a meditation or technique to focus on throughout the practice! I found his classes well balanced with just the right amount of challenging postures & relaxation. I always feel great after taking his class!! I would recommend everyone to check out one of his classes, you won’t be disappointed
