Very bad staff not having phone number on Google

No JIO wifi (portable) available...

Shop is nice , staff is also satisfactory . But when you go for to Port your number in Jio ,the staff in this shop , gave you the costlier plan to recharge while port. I charged 500rupee for porting to jio which include one month recharge. But in actual you can do recharge of less amount also while port , but the staff didnt allow that here. they told you to do recharge of maximum plan.

Its Reliance digital store, you can visit and order stuff from there

Varified Jio Care..Note that it not a jio service centre rather jio store where you can buy various services or products of jio like jiophone, new jio sim, jio sim replacement, jio wifi, jio recharge, jio product details.The employ are supportive and give proper explanation

Now these guys here are crazy, i bet they can help you troubleshoot any issues that you might face using jio services or any jio device. Proper and to the point services are provided by them. The store is located at Khwajamia Square, Jalgaon.These guys also sell various mobile accessories, which are cheap in price and also they sell Google Play Gift Cards, which is good.Overall good for troubleshooting any issues with Jio devices or services or for buying a new Jio Sim.

Is Jio Gigafiber is available in Jalgaon??

I went to this JIO store to replace my old sim card as it was misplaced. I have already tried lot to do this job by contacting customer care but couldnt get the job done so decided to go and visit this Jio store. But the man behind the counter said that he cant do this work here and there is only way to communicate with Jio customer care. I was very upset after knowing this and was sure that this guy can do this work there only. So I have visited another Jio store which is near kombadi bazar of Jalgaon. There I have got replacement simcard within 10 minutes.
