If youre planning to buy hyundai vehicle, I suggest you to look at another showroom. You may find your choice vehicle here, but service here is very bad. Employees here have very little technical knowledge. My recent vist experience for my music system problem; The technician asked me that, whats written on my infotainment display, he would not even read english, and that accessories people made me wait for him to consult for 3 hours. Are you kidding me. By the those wonder my music system is in warranty period (as of 27/08/2020) and not fixed yet.You are sparing yourself by not buying your Hyundai here. They will only butter you till you shop here, then they will be like who the hell are you, you bought your vehicle here so did you do us a favour.The manager told me to file a case in court against him, this is how they talk. Like seriously. In my experience this is probably the worst service anyone can get. Oh! And the rating is by their own employee.

We went inside the showroom and nobody came forward to talk. We approached a few people and they directed us to a person. Everyone seemed disinterested. Also knowledge of vehicles was inaccurate.

Worst customer service manager and non cooperative staff... recently Hyundais after sales service is downgraded significantly. Facing the same problem in verious service centers across maharashtra especially tire 2,3 cities.

Totally unacceptable behaviour & customer service from focus hyundai.Mr suraj, mr girase & mr chandrashekar.They will not follow government regulations & IRDAI regulations and will force to buy Insaurance from themself only.If you want to save your hard earned money do not buy from them.They will charge you extra for some points.Do travel and book it from another dealer you will be satisfied with their services.

Took my vehicle to fix up the problem. Though prior appointment was taken it took an hour to get vehicle registered. Further on second day evening car was given back. After 10 km of driving realised that problem has not been resolved. If Hyundai dealer cannot fix up the problem who else would do? Appears to be issue of skilled expertise.

Unprofessional staff, mechanics are good but front staff is unprofessional just like pan tapri walas, please dont purchase vehicle here and dont even think about servicing your dream car, terrible experience, if you go for insurance claim the person sitting there misguides you and robs you, loots you... Very bad experience, i had purchased 2 cars from here now i regret... They are untrained and even dont know how to speak with customers. Brand like hyundai doesnt deserve such persons representating it.... Terrible, worst , unprofessional,
