Pathetic service, food is served too late, taste is not also great. Manager doesnt respond just saying wait for few minutes, they really care about the person who booked hotel like in our case there was wedding and everyone is working for those people. This guys just neglect Peoples who came to dine in..I will never visit this place again

- Pretty bad experience with the recent stay here.- We cam for checin around night 10PM, but they made us wait for almost 2.5 hours as they had alloted the rooms to wedding guests.- Cleanlinees and maintenenace was pretty bad. The bedhseets, blankers were not clean at all. The bathroom door was broken and bathroom was not clean as well.- Food quality was not that great.

Honest review. Stayed for 1 day. Let us face it, there are no great hotels in 3/4 star category in Jalgaon that give you a stay experience worthy of the money they charge you. I have been hopping each of the top rated hotels here during each visit expecting to chance upon an oasis. None found yet. This place is the relatively better option from among the long list of disappointing hotels in Jalgaon. Infact the principal reason I chose the place was because I found that the hotel toilet commode features a health faucet (other hotels smilingly offer a plastic mug with an adjust karlena nod. Even the 4 star ones.) Perhaps because of the pandemic situation, there was an absolute dearth of staff. My phone calls to reception, room service and house keeping went unanswered all the time. The staff were prompt to deny however. I was first offered a stellar room featuring a used bath towel, used soap, floors decorated with footprints and stained bedsheets and cushions. On request I was immediately transferred to another room featuring only the stained bed sheets and cushions. The hotel is an elaborately refurbished (2 years back) old hotel maitreya. 4 seasons group has done a fair job of the refurbishment, but the upkeep, maintenance and cleaning reflect mismanagement. This deterioration over 2 years was disheartening, considering the amount of reworking done with the interiors. I reached the hotel at 10pm. Reportedly the restaurant closed at 9 pm and dinner was served after lots of requests and negotiation (a veg sandwich was the dinner). The sleep experience was decent save for the noisy AC. The breakfast was uneventful : poha and bread sandwich were available. Poha was average. The bread & butter sandwich was better (it would have to be an outright act of terrorism to mess up butter between two pieces of bread; it is no feat that anyone did it right). Pros: 1. The room was very spacious. 2. All electricals were working. 3. All washroom fittings worked fine and water pressure was good. 4. The floors were clean in the new room. 5. The reception was open to requests. 6. Washroom has a health faucet. 7. Ambience is pleasing. 8. The cleanliness levels are okayish. 9. Quality of food was a ok. As I was checking out, I was wondering what it was they had charged me so much for. Nothing but the size of the room and the brands used in fittings seemed to match the room tariff. Overall, I would suggest that you do not stay in a hotel in Jalgaon if you could avoid. If you must, count only the pros. PS: A lot of the issues may have stemmed from the COVID lull.

Pathetic behaviour of staff especially by owner. Doesnt care about customer, very rude and arrogant. Id you ask for anything and show ur not happy with service, they ask you to vacate. I dont think that this is related to four seasons group.

We just went out for dinner with family (there were 5 of us). They had around 5-6 vacant tables with seating capacity of 6 or 8, still they asked us to not enter and not even wait outside the door but to go and sit outside. I have never seen such ill mannered staff or such ill behaved people in general. Dont even deserve this single star.Learn some hospitality and then open a hotel/restaurant.

Nice place for meeting. We went there for the company get together program. The size of the kaam area is big. Stainless for 1500 guests. Food quality is average. Cost is high as compare to others. The location is far away from the jalgaon. Why to go so far if better option are available nearby

Please dont go by the name.It is a decent hotel in jalgaonThe breakfast was ok ok and the rooms were small.If you have any schedule in MIDC then it is very convenient from this hotelNothing more to boast about.

The services given were of rich quality and the food was also delicious. Its kitchens were clean and hygienic. Location-wise, it is a bit far away from the city. But if you want to spend a quality night qith dinner, its one of the best places in the qhole city.

Good property... but lack of experience in managing events like Munj. (Same applies to marriage too). No traditional food menu available for munj. Lack of experience in serving proper पंगत. Should add some event management features. Staff and management should experience traditional Maharashtrian Munj & Marriage from Pune for food and logistics arrangement.

No soo good place to live...spacious rooms and clean place. But no required accessories. The restaurant is one of the hopeless i have ever seen, no neatness, no quality of people and most importantly younwit get what you expect for breakfast...book rooms here only room and not with breakfast and pay more...

This is about the restaurant.1 Pathetic service, I was the only customer even then it took them not than 30 minutes to bring a snacks which takes around 10 minutes.2 overpriced food, just to pretend that they are 3 star3 only veg food is offered

Staff are very friendly and cooperative. Specially pickup drop facility by drivers are commendable.Even though the management has changed, the staff and services are excellent.

Finally, Jalgaon has a place which can host all types of public functions such as weddings, company meetings, etc at a large scale and in a sophisticated manner. Another addition to pure veg hotels. Earlier, Hotel Maitreyas was at this location. Away from city, and a peaceful location, suits perfect to cater the needs of everyone.

This Hotel is in MIDC area ,ahead of Lokmat square. Location of this is nice, essay to approach. Has nice dinning Hall. The staff of the hotel is cooperative, prepared nice items serve properly. The rates are moderate.There are rooms to stay. Rooms are available having good arrangements. There is meeting hall, available for different purposes.Waiting hall has good reviews nice one. Security is also good.

We had Veg manchow soup & veg seek kabab.... Both were very tasteful... Restaurant interior is very impressive... The only negative this it does not serve non veg.

I recently visited Four Seasons for the corporate event and experienced very lavish services. The infrastructure is totally renovated and developed good.

Very bad hotel, their was no bath kit, had given only small medimix shop and 1 50paise shampoo pouch, sport, music and many more channel was not working, also food quantity for 2 to 3 people, single person not eat a 1dish, no help plat option. From city to hotel distance is 4 km, railway station and bus stand 4 km long. As comparing to other tarrif per day is dubble and that kind of facility not provide.
