Completely pathetic.I paid advance amount in Feb 2019 for my Europe Tour on 6th June 2019. Its 15th May 2019 today and I have no idea about my Visa appointment in Pune.Staffs are least bothered n are totally unaware of any packages or bookings, simply will ask you to talk to their head office where they take customers for granted after receipt of 75% payment. Complete holiday spoilers, dont waste your money with these guys, they will take advance from you and later shall ask u to keep rotating around their office either for refund or to proceed further.
