Its a tertiary care hospital at maharagunj, ringroad area.Multispeciality approach to a disease management is available.The opd and IPD services are good.

The hospital is clean and the staff are ok. The line in the billing can be super long would be great to have multiple counters open. The motorbike parking is a bit further from the building.

This is the worst hospital I have ever visited. Follow doctor followup ma ni pay garna parni doctor fee. Never recommended any one to visit in this hospital. Waited for hrs and last ma doctor fee pay garnu bhancha tyo ni report dekhauna followup report ko lae.

The best for some health problems.... but need to aware for pharmacists there. The give me wrong medicine 2 times.Not so busy, but so slow. OPD doctors also available on time.

Just wanted to state that I’m really grateful for the cardiologist there Dr Kartikesh Kumar Thakur who saved my grandfather from a critical condition. Without his guidance we almost had lost hope. He is really a saviour for us in addition the nurses were also highly supportive. Our family extends heartful gratitude to every medical personal present there.

During this pandemic time a few OPD services are available. When I was there to meet Dr Prasan Kansakar ( General Surgery Doctor ) I found very less crowded and service was prompt ...While doing PCR test I found little uncomfortable as sitting arrangement out side hospital building was not proper ..

The hospital is good but the queue management is pathetic. They only place cards on the basis of first come first serve basis even though you have urgent issues or in case of follow ups. The staffs are not at all hospitable.

Why Im rating one star-No blood bank-Rude staff-Cant give good suggestions on time-If you dont know something what you should do then you feel you are in Circus- Management is very poor- Poor Communication and cooperation between staff-if you cant pressure the management staff doctor wont be available in time-if youre as a care of patients then you need to do everything like shaving hair changing clothes like home but you need to know that this is hospitality business and this is their work and I did this before my patient go under operation theatre- Operations time would be postponed and that happened my patient without any patient weakness issue-Last Thing Is Very CostlyThis is my experience in one month at Chirayu hospitalHONESTLY✌️

They dont respect punctuality. Reception and the desk staff too rude... Seems its totally normal to expect 30-mins 1hr delay even when they ask you to book appointment in advance.

Doctors and staffs are helpful. Hospital itself is great. But time management is pathetic. They should work on quick service delivery system. I had to wait 1 hour them just to take my blood sample.

My second time in this facility and my impression remains the same - worst time management and customer relationship etiquette. First, struggling to register myself in an empty reception, then waiting to see the doctor for one and a half hour. I just wanted to know how close my number was and asked at the nursing station. All I got was silence and ignorance from the staff.

I had a very bad experience in this hospital. i had an appointment with a surgeon of that hospital at 4 pm. i waited for 2 hours but he didnt come. latter on i had talked to administration but they were silent and said it was a fault of dr.........i had appointment in advance and traveled for 2 hrs to meet the dr......i had to return late ...........i dont want others to suffer....so i have reviewed

Pathetic, emergency pathetic, sitting area pathetic etc. Charged hell lot of money if referred through CIWEC. They charged $6000 to operate Appendicitis and Ovarian Cyst (referred through CIWEC)
