It was a very old hotel. The external appearance of the hotel was good. But the room allotted to me was average. The bathroom was also average. The amenities were provided in the room. I had tried the food from the hotel and it was good in quality. The service of the hotel was fine. The room and the bathroom were not according to the money they charged me. Check in and checkout was not delayed. I had stayed there many times before also the food.Hotel Skylark is one of the best hotel of Jalandhar, I planned my visit last month here to celebrate my cousin marriage, this hotel offers top excellent services in terms of satisfying its customers, the food offered was up to mark, the staff was so well dressed that we felt to come again and again whenever I will make my visit again.The hotel offers very nice food and the service is also very nice. I will prefer this one always as the looks are also nice. Very nice view outside as well, rent is also affordable easy. Every time I will prefer this hotel as the service is too fast which I never expect Thank you so much for giving me right to live. I have already suggested to my friends as well as to my relatives.

One of the oldest hotels in Jalandhar. Though it has lost its charm now. Rooms are outdated and available at very cheap price. They have renovated some part of the hotel which is good but most of the hotel is old and needs improvement. The menu price of food is reasonable but you get what you pay for.

I visited it last month. It has a big hall which can accommodate around 250-300 people. There is also open area out side of this hall where the food stalls can be set up. Rooms in this hotel are in very bad condition, washrooms are very dirty. Hotel staff will not be interested to attend you, they will give you one paper which will explain all the packages but they will not explain you about these packages. If you need rooms then this place is not the right place.

The stay was comfortable and the food was quite good. However, the service in the restaurant leaves lot to desire for. They seem to forget about customers once the food is served.You have to seek their attention for anything you may require.

But the waiters here get puzzled if only there 5 tables are occupied, which then leads to the problems like slow response to your order , or they are not listening to your call.And for the billing department:Pathetic service ever , either they don’t want to generate a bill , or they don’t want to accept the card payment !
