Very poor service, they cheating only, they fraud to innocent peoples. I pay 60000 for tourist visa, they book bougse travel ticket and hotel bookings. My visa refuse. Dont vist easy visa.

Fraud Fraud Fraud02-Sep-2020Hello everyone, please do not visit easy visa. Easy visa is a big big fraud. Specially Rajni and vikrant in Jalandhar office. I visited their office in June for Malta study visa and there Mr. Vikrant said Canada is a best country according to your profile. 5 Lac package for study visa and you have to pay 50000 in advance and than they said show money from company side with 50000 extra. They were calling me everyday for money. Than they said go for medical and they said you have to pay for medical and as per our initial talk Mr. Vikrant said everything from company. I gave money for medical as well. Than Mrs. Rajni was assigned visa councilor for me. She dont know the basic process. She said company paid fees and you will get LOA. I got LOA after a week and they didnt pay my fees and said they didnt pay fees because they have ti-up with college but as per our initial talk Mr. Vikrant said our company will pay fees under this package. Then they applied my visa. Than I asked for SOP, i was shocked when I saw SOP, on SOP they mentioned wrong course and they applied with wrong course details on SOP and wrong father name in family form. Then i asked to vikrant about it and vikrant said we applied your visa without Family form. Then I asked for bank statement then they refused to give bank statement and stated we wont provide and I said I paid 51000 for this and still they refused, but as per initial talk Mr. Vikrant said you will get everything. Yesterday I got my refusal.They completely destroyed my profile. They dont have basic knowledge.They are working for money. Once you will give money they will not pick your call so easily.Trust me dont visit. They know how to do advertisement, nothing else.I have proof of each and everything whatsapp chat and call recordings even office recordings as well.Please dont visit friends. Save your time and money.

They handled my parents application in very unprofessional way. They were only responsive until they get money. They just pick the call before they got money from my parents and after that didn’t respond and when responded have no idea about status of file. As they even don’t added any email Id for application. They even don’t know what is UCI or application number for the application. They said CiC didn’t send it. CIC always send emails regarding uci or application number. Wastage of time and money.
