Akash is an amazing guy to deal with. I love Hamleys... they are wonderful. I bought a motor boat from New Delhi airport and it stopped working. After two good months they changed and gave me a new one. I had even lost the bull and they arranged the same taking my help of dates.... and its a fun zone for kids.

Worst experience.... I have been a regular customer of the store and purchased many toys for my kids but my last purchase has put me in dilemma that I had been cheated by them so many times. The products sold at the store are available online at a very less price. I reported the matter to store incharge and he assured me to resolve the issue but i have not received any communication from him till date.
