Food Review only:Horrible Experience! Really Bad food, chicken seemed really old for such high price. Water bottle for Rs.100, which is actually crazy. Only good thing was veg sandwich, which also I received after waiting for a long time.Wouldnt recommend at all.

We booked a small hall for family gathering. There was nice staff who helped our one guest to reach to parking from hall on their provided wheel chair as she had fractured leg.Coming to food, manchow soup is amazing. Cleanliness was something which was properly maintained.So i would recommend Regent Park for such family gatherings and decent parties.

The food and service was excellent. We hosted my sister’s wedding at Regent Park..and the function was memorable one. The staff was very helpful and arrangements were very nice. I totally recommend this hotel for wedding functions.

Hall Rooms Welcome And Meals were Very Nice

To be honest, I have only come here twice. Both times however, the service has been slower than Im not sure what. We finished our entire meal and then the one chicken we ordered arrived when we have finished. One person running on and about between all the tables and speed of servicing until specified was poor. Can be better.

Regent Park is one of the oldest and most spacious hotels in Jalandhar but must I say they have maintained their quality over time. Their food is still excellent, interiors and service has improved....still the best place to have a party.

I am attending a super wedding party. It’s a huge hotel in the middle of the city with good banquet halls and a garden. The food and service is also great at Regent Park.

Had a very bad experience. The infrastructure is good but the services are really zero. Stayed there for 2 days and the room was not cleaned a single time. The floor was wooden but not cleaned. The kettle in the room was the dirtiest with milk stains all around it. TV was not working. Room service would never pick up the call. And then there was a wall lizard living in the room. Was charged 1000 bucks for early check-in, that is ok, but the amount was not included in the check-out bill.

We went there to attend a wedding, all good and reasonable.

Two stars for staff.. Zero stars for the food quality

Does not even deserve 1 star, worst service. Manager of the restaurant does not even have the confidence of giving his name after providing bad service.

We had booked reservation for merriage function. This was my first bad experience that i had faced. Undoubtedly, food was good. But service is too too bad. Very pathetic behaiver of manager as well as staff. In future, i will think thrice for booking or reservation. I suggest to the owner of this hotel that kindly look in this matter and need more improvement.

Lovely hotel bang in the center of Jalandhar. They took good care of us and we felt safe as all the staff were following safety precautions regarding Covid. Rooms were very spacious and we got a great deal on the room rate! 👍🏻👍🏻

They have given Grt Service.We were having 1 room also, which was well maintained and room service was prompt.Hotel staff was grt and supportiveCleaning and hygiene was well maintained.Cool environment can have fun time with family.Price wise it is good. Good place to stay. Rooms are good however they dont have shower gel for bath tubs. Rooms are well furnished & ambience is also good. Reception staff is cordial & cooperative. The buffet breakfast is good & menu OK. The only problem is that they dont follow the Govt rule of charging items as per MRP.They charge Rs 90/- for a 01 ltr of water bottles of Kinley which is having as MRP of Rs 15/-.

I was there in a awareness programme regarding solid waste management rules organized by the IPC ( Indian productivity council) and Municipal corporation of Jalandhar. The ambience was good, hospitality and food was also good.

In the middle of an industrial area, this hotel seems like an anomaly but once you get in, you realise that its location adds to its charm. As most of its customers come from industrial area of Jalandhar. While at entrance I thought that parking is going to be a major issue but was amazed at the space utilisation. The hospitality and ambience are just world class and so is the food.

Hotel is quite nice but the only problem i faced was with hot water supply. Theyve a centralised hot water supply which many times makes unavailability of hot water in your room. If they would rather have geysers in every room, the hotel will be a perfect place to spend a valuable day.
