Sometimes good, sometime bad. It all depends on clerk who attends you. Overall not a good place to get your work done!

I give two star give only for staff. Staff process is OK. But the too much time wasted here. Im sitting here till morning 10:30Am.but I didnt get the DC signature on my document. I wait here 5pm,but I didnt get my document. Information LCD not work. One old man with still wait with me.. Some people play games for time pass. And some people sleep here. Please I have request to DC, please respect of people time,,, need to improve

I Went there for my Marriage registration purpose.Instead of Punjab they added Pundecherry in my home address, thats how professional they are.Now i have to undergo again 14 days to correct State address in my application.Totally waste of resources (Money amd time).

This place is a nightmare. From Parking to the Service area this place is not less then hell.Pictures tell you abt the atmosphere.

I had one of my worse experience here. No customer service skills in any staff member. They were rude, unprofessional and very lazy. This centre have lots of issues to be taken care of immediately. It should be called duvida centre instead of suvida centre.

All in one place for most of economical affairs. But a bit tiring experience everytime takes atleast half day.

The employes are very attitude behavior they didnt understand your situation, if employe say no it means they didnt done it very bad experience i visit there

Good place where most of the government work can be completed under one roof without very long wait. Approachable place

They are take time for actually serve better you... And we will appreciate their work

Suwidha ,centre at tehsil complex Jalandhar. Helpdesk should be increased to help and guide the visitors.

Numerous of facilities are provided but their computer system always is in down server problem

Listen carefully all people.....It was my daughter birth correction certificate .I hv applied this 21 Feb 2018. They had lost our file .Its knew me when I reached there after05 month. It was our fourth visit there. It was fault only Swedha Centre staff.we had search the file in both civil surgeon office and swedha centre. At last I send the online complaint to commission of Corrporation.after that all people were behind me .i hv called by corporation office. Than they solved the my all matter.at finally I got my baby birth certificate. Thanks a lot corporation team and thanks a lot to commissioner for kind attanson.we wish u and ur team all the best.it was good part of story.bt very poor service in swedha centre. Centre is full of curreption.very unprofessional staff.please check the system and trained the staff. Peoples are suffering due to misbehave of staff.please do needfull .

Strike for 2 weeks i need to go to counter sign for my marriage certificate.I will explain my experience compare the develop country .1) There is zero information and urgent commutation organise to help customers on internet .THIS IS A SHAME2) Even Suwida center was open people you wait all the day to obtain your documents done without no one to explain you how it work ?3) I used to wait more than 4 hours in room more hot than 30 degrees to listen the sentence come back tomorrow I M VERY HAPPY TO DON T BE CITIZEN Of india and REALLY SAD for all people who has to suffer to get there documents !!!I really wish to them better organisation for the future .

Suwidha Centre appears as Pb. Govt. Donation Centre without any facility to public.

I dont even want to give one star.. Worst service.. Rude employees.. Time consuming.. Best of luck if you go there.

Very slow service and very busy place. Should be more staff, should be sperate line for elderly. Very dirty place and toilets are disgustinly dirty, no water in the toilets.
