I had been in travelling a bit longer time and I kept searching for the place to have a peaceful night. Finally it is at Ramada Encore, is where I got arrived. It was a great pleasure to be welcomed at the reception and guidance is well provided about the Model town which is near by the hotel. I had a good relaxation from workThe restaurant is also very clean and hygienic. It is a memorable experience when compared to other hotel in which I had stayed. The parking is also spacious and need little more additional parking.Food is really fantastic and service is awesome. So happy about it

It was my third visit to the restaurant but this time we were with our little one. The hospitality they offered was good. Moreover, they tried their best to make our toddler comfortable and he liked the stay too. Keep it up the same in future.

We have spend last night in this hotel room was neat and clean and the morning breakfast was good too but bed was too small we cant even stretch our legs properly.. Rooms should b more spacious than these small ones..

I told him to confirm with bookings and your manager . He rudely replied to confirm my side . Im confirmed. What else should a give to every guest A PHOTOCOPY OF BILL! SERIOUSLY. ....i think 40-50 guests will be reviewing the same soon.

Easily approachable, well maintained, polite staff, neat and clean rooms. Cant say about food as we are pure vegetarian so didnt order anything from hotel kitchen. This is our 2nd stay at this Hotel in Jalandhar. Love to visit again.

A very good place to stay at jalandhar city. Although it is little bit expensive than others but still they provide the facilities according to their price. Food quality is good and the quanitiy is also impressive. The staff at hotel is overall good but they need to be polite. Overall i can say your stay will be good.

I used to stay at Sarover Portico, this time I tried this hotel, first I was apprisive but then when I checked in everything was fine, overall cleaning was excellent, the girl Kamal looking after the floor provided excellent service and catered to the guest needs. Breakfast was also excellent with good staff serving the food. Overall it was good experience.

I am writing on behalf of HR department of my company GR Healthy. We have received a terrible treatment from your hotel. One of our executive himself studied Hotel Management and he is well aware of treatment of the chain as he have already visited Ramada few times before. The staff was unprofessional and we dont expect a lot of hospitality but we do need to feel pleased when your chain says that they are the best in class of business leisure! Terrible!

Food not upto the mark

Room was good enough but there was water clogging in bathroom and I had checked in late around 9 in evening still the hotel had not checked the room properly. Breakfast was good its a good hotel but need to be perfect. Because we are going only for 1 or 2 days during those days if we have to get things repaired its best we stay back home. This hotel needs some really good staff to look after the rooms before checkin. The photos that has been added to this review are for the bathroom sink clog which was repaired after I checked in.

Extremely supportive and friendly staff, shows so much empathy. They have great and prompt service as well. Just to share my experience, I visited Jalandhar for some personal work along with my wife and daughter apparently my daughter fell sick, which could happen with anyone, and mr Vishal took great care and drove us to the nearest child specialist and ensured the situation does not get worsen. Thanks to his support my daughter was fine. I would also thank Mr Rajneesh for the wonderful experience I had staying at this property.
