My Brother and I travelled from Jaipur to Varanasi on the Mahalaxmi Travels bus Service. Online booking was easy and allowed choice of date, time and seat which was great.Loading of the passengers and luggage was orderly due to the conductor host who also travels on the bus.The bus was new and had facilities equal to airline travel. The free entertainment system had limited choice but most could find something suitable. There was reasonable wifi on board,Free coffee or cappuccino was served and was quite good.To go from Jaipur to Varanasi one way cost 1000 rupees per person.

This transport company runs between Jaipur-Dehradun,I had travel from Jaipur to Haridwar during my solo trip and it was great experience in this journey.The bus is very comfortable,on time and also service is good by staff.Clean,A/C,charging port everything is ok.Recommend you to travel with this bus service

Very poor services. Arrival time is 8:15 am, and Im still traveling in bus and driver said it will take more 90min to reach haridwar, where my return bus scheduled today at 2:15 pm. Im going to haridwar due to offer last rituals to my late father. If I miss my return bus, I will definitely sue Mahalaxmi Travels and #RedBus in court.One of the worst travel experience.

Station is fine, staff is great and bus services are better than other at this price range, buses they run are usually clean and odour free.

Had to board a state roadway from Roorkee in between. No refund was provided for the inconvenience provided.Co passengers with kids and toddlers had a raw deal.

Really it was awesome journey with maha laxmi travel from jaipur to agra.Brand new bus with luxurious amenities good skill driver.But they travel should keep all this point on priorityThe Mid way stop between Jaipur to agra is not good Kindly improved it. (Balaji The Mid way )They also pickup peoples from highway thats not suits to standard of luxury buses.

I took a AC bus from Jaipur to Dehradun .....they took us in a Ac bus till roorkee ..then provided a Local Roadways Bus .......very bad experience of mine .

I booked a bus first time from mahalaxmi travels for jaipur to rawatsar.So i reached on time at there office to collect my hard copy ticket, then they told me that we had cancelled the bus.No doubt the refunded the ticket amount but it is not worth it.

Worst experience. Dont book from this agency. Staff is so rude. driver nor the conductor and not even the agency guy knows how to talk to customers. They are not able to tell whether the bus stops at particular location or not, for that they were showing me tantrums. I asked the driver if bus stops at kashmiri gate, he said yes, then the agency guy says no, then he says to confirm with the driver. And when I went to confirm with the driver he became rude and started yelling. The agency guy was sitting there only so I told him what his driver was saying then he answered me rudely. What is this? Do customers have no right? If the agency is reading this review then mind this that you are earning because of your customers only, respect them!

We traveled by mahalaxmi travel buses from Jaipur to Noida . I booked online sleeper seat and in the app show all kind of choice to choose seats. In buss sleeper seat give us a pillow and a blanket and a water bottle.

I was travelling to dehradun and I got this bus. One of the best bus operators, bus was very good with excellent AC, in sleeper pillow and blanket are provided and also water bottle on your seat. Staff behaviour was very good. Overall my experience was good.

I was stand in front of mahalaxmi travels about 1 hrs. I look there were so many people came and got their travelling tickets in a very short time.It was amazing for me.It really appreciated to office staff and mahalaxmi travels management.

Very bad experience with this travel agency. Driver and other staff behavior is very bad.

The way they treat their customer was highly appreciated. Though the buses were not clean the seat i was assigned was already used as there were masks thrown the charges were bit higher as compared to others bus reach the destination 1hr late but thats not an issue at all.

The bus was delayed by 3.5 hours, it was supposed to reach Jaipur by 9.15 PM, however it could reach only by 12.45 AM due to some technical issues and it took time to repair the same. When we boarded the bus, there was already someone using our seats and in these Covid times, thats not something youd expect. The conductor was very unprofessional, it was his duty to make sure people use only those seats which theyre supposed to use.Due to the delay we could reach at our destination only by 12.30 PM, we were supposed to board the same bus and it was supposed to be started by 5.30 PM.So we had literally only 5 hours to finish the work and come back which was very tight timeline due to Mahakumbh, in normal days it would have been okay. We somehow managed to reach the parking by 5.25 PM, however I saw the bus moving and called the conductor, he started shouting at me saying aapko pata nahi hai time kya hai and all. I got furious and when I reached to the bus, I pounded on the conductor about the way he was talking to me on phone, then came the driver in between and started shouting at me without realising the mistake of the conductor.And after all the happened,the bus moved only at 7 PM, which was again a delay of 1.5 hours. Moreover, the seats were dirty, they didnt bother to change even the sheets considering the Covid times.All in all, it was a very bad experience.

Cebin staff behavior are not good. and stop bus any where any locetion.not any covid guidelines fallow in this trevell.

Buses better, on time departs but dont reach on Time. Drivers drive safely. They dont provide bedsheets. Which is not hygienic.

Very Bad experience during journey from Jaipur to Kathgodam as during this extreme cold season the Heater was not working and bus was late by 5 hours.When called the office, instead of listening the problem they talked rudely.

Nice. They have a sitting area where you can charge your phone and cut the extra time left for travel instead of just wandering around.No Ladies washroom are available as the staff says its choked.

Bus Journey - Jaipur to Haridwar👍 Bus was neat & tidy, fresh seats👎 Buses are rashly driven, difficult to sleep even in sleeper class.👎 They showcase the buses as Volvo/Merc - it is neither. The buses are posed as a Merc but actually it is a locally made prototype.🤢 Worst part- staff is rude beyond imagination.

Bad service no clearrity in bus

I have rated them 1 only because of two reasons one of them is absolute zero tolerance : 1. The driver drove over 100kmph for most part of the journey which could be fatal and even after asking him to slow down, he didnt slow it down. 2. They did not provide water bottle.

They offer the bus service on time arrival but believe me I started from Jaipur by 3:30pm and reached to Mori Gate Delhi by 11:00 pm. It took 7:30 hrs. They made the bus service like a local village bus service each and every stop they stood and take the passangers. Absolutely miserable experience.
