Ive bought a couple of dresses at different times at seamsfriendly. Used a few of them a lot, the fabrics r soft of the skin even after extensive use .Customer service is great. The designs are beautiful and unique. Id definitely recommend to try, and the best part is there is size customisation free of cost. What more can one ask for ?

The clothing is absolutely beautiful. One of the tops I got is a bit short in the front, so I can only wear it with very high waisted pants (and hope theres no wind) but Im in love with the details on these. If you have trouble finding clothes that fit you, try Seams Friendly for sure.

Though their prices were a bit high - I still decided to get my plus size denims ordered .. My trousers had loose buttons which fell off before the label could be removed . The zipper quality is not good either .The fitting is poor .. I am not at all happy .In fact I wrote to them on whatsapp about the issue ... and no one responded !Only when I mentioned it on insta on their page did they respond to me !I feel they don’t really care for their customer .All they responded was pls send us the product and we will fix it .But they haven’t followed up with me -am I supposed to courier it to them ?Basically I understand it as they dont care... they’ve got their money !Sad ! But this attitude won’t let them last long ! I am in the same business 🧐since 20 years .

The customer service is also top-notch. I had an issue with the fit of one of the items I ordered and they actually re-made the item and sent it to me free of charge.
