As a foreign tourist in India I can not recommend this place more.I was in Jaipur with a group of 6 other people (7 total). We had gone to two textile stores prior to Om Sai in hopes of getting custom made matching shirts. The first store was charging a price we didn’t find to be reasonable. The second store was able to give us a very good price. However, they told us it would require 5 days to make the shirts. We were leaving the next day.Our local guide recommended we try Om Sai as a last ditch effort. We arrived and the store owner as well as the entire staff we extremely helpful. They were able to price match the second textile factory. Furthermore, they agreed to bring the 7 shirts plus another two custom products to our hotel by 3:30 PM the next day. We had flights leaving around 7 PM so 3:30 was the latest time we could do.They completed our order and delivered the shirts an hour earlier than promised. Further, the quality was top notch. The shirt fit each of us perfectly and the material and stitching looked extremely well done.This store gets my absolute highest recommendation to any foreign tourist who is willing to go “off the beaten” path a little bit. The owners will drive some hard bargains but they are extremely respectful and won’t pressure you into a price you aren’t willing to pay (and if you’re willing to push back they will meet you somewhere in the middle so all parties are happy). And most importantly the products will be delivered on time (if not early) and will exceed your expectations. I would absolutely shop here again.

Gotta give it to the guys, the scam is perfect, I even love it in a way, the show is awesome.Guy meets u in the street, invites u for chai and orders really cheap tuktuk for you to show you city surroundings. Then just tells you about Om sai, factory prices, shared ownership etc.We took the bait big time, believed everything. Just later you find out thevprices are 2-3 times higher, quality is bad (trousers wont last even one washcycle) and the guy is reseller only.Just common sense people, we did not have it. The show was good though, proper Indian scam :)
