Very bad service. Ordered a product for valentines day in amazon. First they asked me cancel Amazon order and pay them directly for the product. I did the same. After they sent the courier details, I followed up for 2 days and finally status came order is cancelled by seller. I have been calling them multiple times but they did not even pick up and inform me the status. They have not refunded my money too. Worst service.
