You have a good service team. They help me a lot whenever I got issues, but your hosting is sucked its not able to handle my traffic, so my friend suggests about Hostitbro they provide outstanding service with reasonable prices.

Their support system is very bad. So many times they do not respond. Today I have an important issue regarding server but their support leave the chat in between. (adarsh or adesh is the name)

I used ZnetLive for around 6 months but recently their went down frequently during peak hour, first I thought it was something wrong with my app, but then a friend of mine suggested me to shift to Hostitbro company, they set up a cloud server for me which is now better than what I had here. Znet is good but hostitbro is much better in service.

1st time dealing with znet. Purchased an Server. Support is the best. Getting all responses on time. Specially Arvind Madhukar did everything I asked and went above and beyond. He know everything about server and coding. Arvind Madhukar always available and have GREAT Support and communication.

Shared hosting is cheap but the performance is terrible. Even an upgrade to a faster server didn’t improve much. Server response times of 10+ seconds shouldn’t be common for shared hosting.They offer a money back guarantee but once you start asking to use it they block all your attempts to cancel and they simply keep your money.

After I signed up, within a few hours my phone rang and it was their customer service reps asking me if I need help setting up my account. I couldnt believe it. They actually called me first. Worst services. their own mail doesnot work. mail get bounce. So you can image what kind of services they might provide to their clients.Above all, worst customer support. Extremely unprofessional and poor support. They are not monitoring the shared server services and we always have to inform them later they restart the services. They perform server maintenance without any prior notice. I have been long term associated with znet and did many complaints for the server but they are really not looking for permanent solutions. They just write 99.9% uptime but in reality is far less than it.
