This feedback is only for the support. I must say the support executive is not at all professional. Pathetic behavior, rude and not trained. This is the duty of the company to provide support if they are charging for the software so do not consider as you are giving us something in free. Please improve your customer support and first provide the proper vocational training to your support executive.

Kind Attn: Mr. Rajeev Gupta - Serious Service ComplaintI want to highlight a serious service issue and arrogant behaviour of Mr. Suraj Singh. Further I want to highlight that Mr. Suraj (Team Leader, as told by him) and Mr Manish did not provide me the formal escalation matrix for your organisation.I lodged a complaint for re-installation of the software due to windows 10 upgrade. Software was re-installed after I made three calls which took me around 30 minutes each. I was promised a call back at the end of each call but no one bothered to call back. Compuweb settings were not done by the installation team and they were in such a hurry of closing the complaint that they raised a new complaint for compuweb.Today again I called the installation team that some Mr. Suraj Singh very arrogantly denied that it was not his work and I needed to call the support team. Before this instance no one told me that it was not supposed to be done by the installation team.First of all my question is why compuweb is made such a premium thing that installation team cant install it / make settings with the software.Secondly, was it my duty to know that installation team is incapable of doing this? The way Mr. Suraj Singh was behaving, I felt like I am calling a Government office and everyone is trying to buckpass.Third, I want to raise a complaint against arrogant behaviour of Mr. Suraj Singh Please take a strict action against him so that users are not harassed in future.Fourth, if you feel that we have become too small for you as a customer, please let us know. There is no harm in amicable parting of ways so that at least both of us are able to at least show face to each other if we meet sometime in life again.Hope as a CA you will understand the problem which I have faced due to inefficiencies of the installation team and as a professional colleague will take the most stringent action against the erring executives.Regards,CA Mukul K. I have been using this software for the last 10 years whenever the due date of return comes it stopped working or some bug comes in the software. My software was running properly till i received call from computax. they asked me weather my software is working properly i replied yes from the next day there was some bug in the software and it stopped working. I fees it is created by computax so that we can feel there importance.
