The Company policies are rubbish. I have an some examples. The Phones are not allowed on floor. If you have any urgent work then you need to wait for lunch. Even you cant carry a headphone inside the working area. You cant listen the song inside the working area. You cant order the food from outside. If you forgot to carry a lunch box. then You have to wait till lunch to order. Many And you cant listen the song when you are working.I would like to suggest to companies to change these rubbish policies.

I do have some friends in the company & what they told me was really horrific... And I am sharing this because they cant comment being an insider... A cheap person named Jaipal Shekhawat (Manager in company) harrasses women employees and passes lewd comments.. His behaviour is too much inappropriate towards female employees and he tries to befriend them..One of my friend has already resigned from the company and another is just waiting to switch the company..No female could freely work in such an environment.. I would ask the board members to check the behaviour of such employees and take suitable action..

Company location is very good but management is very poor.He dont know how to treat the candidates when they come for interview at their organization.I also go went for interview of seo executive over there after two or three round ahr told me then she will told me the result though the call.Next day I got the call of HR that you had got selected when you can come final process.But when had reached for final process HR dont remember for which profile I had got selected and when she had called me.So she told me that after confirmation she will tell me.After two hours wait she schedule an another interview for me and just like start.But after 5 to 10 minutes of interview HR again tell me the same thing that your result will provide on you via phone call.Really poor experience for me. Not suggest to any one

The company is ok.. I went for the interview and got selected.. However.. One thing I dint like is the things they say on phone and what they say in person.. I got selected for the position of content writer, befr going fr the interview, I asked fr the salary bracket.. They said they dont have any prb with the salary range... After I got selected.. They offered me the salary less than I was getting in my previous organization.. I mean seriously? How can you even possibly think that if you offer a salary lesser than tha last ctc, the employee would join you
