Everyones kind and helpful, the salary is reached timely, the 5 days work week is great, and the learning experience here is invaluable, you get to learn a lot.

It is worst company ever. Never go with this company. They will train you and will not clear your doubt about the course. After that they will not hire you. Worst people. Worst environment.

I worked for around 1.5 years in Appcino Technologies. Really like the learning environment, seniors/ peers are always there to assist you and they are very helping. Here, I got chance to interact with international customers which I really liked, it made me more confident and think in a way like a customer does. I have worked here for 2 years and it has been a roller coster ride in terms of learning and delivering with challenges. Senior management is really friendly and approachable, good infrastructure and good client base. Its a bit challenging because of aggressive deadlines but overall good place to work.

The Best place for study....I recommend all my friends to join the Knitters library and experience the best environment for study...The library owner Mr. Saurabh was a good guy. The facilities for both boys and girls was superb....I really appreciate the efforts put by Saurabh to make the Knitters library number one..

Nice company, established around 2013.They mainly works in two domains...1) APPIAN Technology2) Sales forceBoth the domains are fantastic. But the company is in its development stage, office is small inside the building of Rajasthan Patrika bhavan and also the floor is shared by others.

The way interview is taken is very good:1. They check your communication skills in American Accent and your ability to identify the necessary information through an audio clip so that you match the requirement for a perfect presentation and conversation candidate.2. Written test not an Online MCQ is better as you have lot more time of almost 2:30 hours to solve the technical questions in Basic string and array plus some basic SQL Queries which you can easily do if you have ever attended classes at your college.3. Behavior of HR and Technical team is very good also company CEO is very down to earth didnt felt like there was any difficulty in final round. He explained it wisely what are the requirements of the company and scope of the profile which is pretty good and Appcino is one among top companies for this profile in Rajasthan with good future scope and chances to work abroad.4. Only con I figured out was the service agreement otherwise rest was fine, if you are a local candidate from Jaipur or you have very limited opportunity then Appcino is one among the best you can get.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Part of the climax is that even when I had several other offers I still preferred to join this company. But the legal bond my friend that 2 Lac amount for god sake stop this thing in Indian IT. When I asked them not to include me in the legal bond the HR started to have an abrupt call to me and started using Harsh words of which I had to ignore in the case as I had to carry the reputation of my Institute.Still I would suggest this to freshers please try to avoid joining companies like these as there are several other options on the globe and there is no end to it.Good luck.

The company is working on CRM tool(Salesforce), Appian, the environment was average, the office is small but one more disadvantage is that this company is working on a tool and DBMS so when that tool will face another more advanced tool then what will be the result. I dont find it a good company to start your career with and also the offer which company provides is quite low for freshers to survive in a city like Jaipur.
