We have one of our luggage trolley damaged which we bought 10 months back. We gave it for repair as it was under warranty. It was not repaired for two months despite of continuous follow-ups as the store management is very irresponsible and sloppy. When we went for final time they were very shamelessly denied to help us, we have to take the trolley back in the same damaged condition as my brother has to travel next day. Do not recommend anyone to buy or take services from this store.

I will comment on a single woman staff i had an interaction with. She was not a polite person to deal with and ensured that I dont buy anything from that place. I have made it a point to never visit this particular showroom ever in my life, even if i have to give up one of the best luggage companies in India. Even the janitor at this place was so much friendlier and better at customer service than that particular lady. I hope VIP looks into this matter.
