A quiet salad oasis in the heart of Old Street. This is my all time favourite place for lunch. The salads are so fresh and reasonably priced and always served with a smile 😊

Lovely cafe. They do AMAZING salads for lunch, all very fresh, lots of choice and great value. But you have to get there before 2pm, they go quickly. Its also a great spot to schedule a meeting since its quite quiet, lots of people working from the cafe and it has a a great vibe. It also has a nice outside area, very convenient when its sunny. I do wish it was also open in the evenings and on weekends.

Great place to work from as they have plenty of seating and fast WiFi. Seems to be a popular place for meetings in the morning as the locals are spread out over the larger tables with their notebooks and pens out. Coffee is ok and there’s a great selection of pastries and breakfast choices. There’s also a few power points around and the bench seats are quite comfortable to work from if you want to people watch passers by. #BeatTheGrind

Good lunch spot in the Old St area. A counter selection of quiches, tarts, escalopes or vegan stuffed pepper with 4 choices of salad. Also where scenes from the bodyguard were filmed!

£7.95?!? I went back to complain but was told that is a full portion of lasagne! and thats why it comes with salad. I had been a fan of this place for nearly 3 years since working in the area. But this is not acceptable. My colleagues thought i was joking and had eaten half of it on way back to the office!

Nice, spacious and clean. Cappuccino tasted really nice, the coffee was lovely. Good selection of pastries and sandwiches and hot food. Friendly staff, they happily checked ingredients of muffins and custard tarts boxes to ensure no nuts (which unfortunately was included but I think more as precaution than an actual ingredient ) Nevertheless they looked very tasty.

Stopped in for an hot coffee on a hot day. Excellent coffee and a great selection of treats. The food menu and the dishes being served looked good and will have to come back to try that. Small amount of tables, which were all full.

My go to coffee shop close to the office, they do a great decaf flat-white and have an outstanding salad bar. Its the perfect place for an informal meeting because its busy enough that you dont feel on show but quiet enough you can hear each other.

Staff always polite. Freshly cooked food is faultless. Never had something in there I don’t like. Highly recommend

Asked for decaf cortado girl was new and really didn’t understand. Bought a wrapped millionaire shortbread. Went back to car and couldn’t drink the coffee was pure bitter tasting awful. Poured it down the drain. Went to enjoy the biscuit to find it’s out of the sell by date. Couldn’t be bothered to return to complain but won’t go again

I used to work 2 doors away. It was brilliant then. Came back for a refresher a few days ago. Still the top of its class. A real chain-beater!

Coffee shop wasnt very busy so I expected better quality. My cafe latte was cold so I could drink it down in one gulp. Shame as it looked like it could be a nice place to enjoy a coffee with friends.

The pastries were not at all delicious. The pastel de nata was not crunchy and smelled of old butter. The croissant was almost flat, probably because something heavy lay on top of it for a while and didn’t taste nice either. It all could’ve been forgiven if the service was at least friendly.

Love this place. Great coffee, delicious food - stodgy or healthy - with a great vibe. It even has a line of electrical sockets behind a long table for those who need to recharge or be connected.

Woeful place. May have been bad timing but the guy serving us seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else with anyone else. Rude amd dismissive with us and told the till to f*** off when the receipt wouldnt play ball. Burnt my sandwich, which was the only one. Missed elements of peoples breakfast, then served them 15 minutes later. Food was all microwaved and served one at a time, which meant a table of 6 for breakfast was like pulling teeth. Should have bin dipped instead!

I goto this place just because is exactly in front of the building that I live in. I always promise myself never to go again.The design of the place and vibe is nice but while most of the staff is ok, the girl that is the main server at the coffee/ sandwich place is outrageously rude and upset with life. The girl with a bit of shaved head on the sides ( and i know this is mean of me, but that person needs to find a different job and not deal with customers or anybody BTW)All the other staff is very very nice. It is a shame that the food quality is bad and even the fresh juices are warm and really nice pleasant to drink them.Even though, I would still go if that person would not serve or be there.Be prepared to deal with the most unfriendly and anger person you have met ( I have been there many many times and I am always scared to even ask her something and feel like apologising when i make an order) !!!!

This place could be an excellent place. Unfortunately, the staff let it down, unfriendly, unprofessional and almost unpleasant. A lot of dirty tables left so will not be going back. But heres my two penneth worth anyway:Ive walked past many times, but today, I finally tried it. I simply had a Latte, which itself was actually nice. The menu looks great and prices are reasonable. The décor is great with the majority being wooden so looks rustic. Plenty of seating inside and out, but its away from the main road so a bit hidden and always looks quiet/empty (probably due to the staff). There are so many better friendly places to visit, I would always pay more for a better atmosphere and friendly service, some places really need to grasp the idea that customer (i.e. bill/wage payer) service comes first, which unfortunately seems severely lacking these days.

Worst coffee shop in Shoreditch. They are so relaxed that they basically forget your order, so you end up sitting in their random charity shop furniture waiting for a coffee that will never arrive.
