The only thing that lets down Samode Haveli is the restaurant. It appears to be not as clean as one would expect and even in the mornings is dark and dingy. The food was also just average.Otherwise the property is beautiful and our rooms were clean.

The staff here is possibly the most rude I have ever seen in the hospitality industry.Over few questions they lose their mind and the basic courtesy.Dinesh Singh should be fired immediately by the owners.I am from the travel industry myself and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are basic not like what the pics show. The service is very slow. Food is expensive and not great. Theres no on duty manager after 6 pm. Hence the rude staff gets to ruleAvoid this if you want a hassle free holiday.

Samode Haveli is located in Jaipur City which is surrounded by ancient gates. Also these gates are recognised as heritage site by UNESCO. Talking about samode haveli it has that vibe of royal touch of the India history you can spend your entire life exploring such experience. I just love heritage sites like this consider a follow for more experiences. If you have anything you can ask me about samode haveli. Thanks

It was my first time staying in a heritage property and I loved it . The staff , room, service , views , food, interiors and the infrastructure was top notch.the best part was the courtyard dining area which was decorated so beautifully and had a dim lighting which kind of relaxed me and took me away from the busy bright life. I really enjoyed my visit.( and a tip for foodies , do try their butter chicken and tandoori chicken. It’s preparation and taste was very unique and delicious😋)

An exorbitantly expensive menu with no great taste..A normal Indian cuisine which is priced atleast 4 times the normal rates . And that too in COVID times when they are working with quarter of staff and the complete property not still open.Had gone for dinner ..The tour around the palace was conducted by Housekeeping staff who was not even aware of the history of the palace. The Staff is not very friendly and accomodating. Simple request like having tea next to the pool was denied stating we should have informed atleast a day prior. The restaurant is run of the mill kind which was a total letdown. The restaurant was not even cooled properly.Simple things like water on arrival had to be asked.Overall not a pleasant experience. Better options available in and around Jaipur.Better plan on other options until you are planning to make your wallet lighter with no returns.

I had the worst experience with Samode Haveli. The staff is not supportive, they deny everything they offer at the time of the event. However, they do not take proper precautions of Covid. I booked 36 rooms in Samode as per standard check-in time was 2:00 pm but they offer rooms at 4:00 pm with dirty washrooms, teapots, and smelly bedsheets. They have prepared their own government norms not following whatever the government has given. The bar waiters were mostly drunk and they are not at all supportive. I recommend not to visit Samode . Mr Surjit, Vivek both are not man of their words..

Im a teacher from the US who brought a yoga retreat to Samode Haveli in October 2019 -- our group had a fabulous experience here!I worked with Pawan Singh, the manager, on every detail of our stay, from the Gala evening at the palace to arranging spaces for us to practice yoga (which is not typically something they offer to groups but they made an exception for our small retreat). Through our multiple email exchanges, Pawan really helped bring our itinerary together for our stay in Jaipur. Every detail was executed to the highest standard, and I couldnt have been happier with Samode Properties. The food was amazing and the rooms were great. There were multiple upgrades available, along with a wonderful pool -- even a palm reader! The staff we interacted with were excellent and we really enjoyed the walking tour. The Gala evening was a real highlight. We had a participant with a birthday and to our surprise, they included her name in the fireworks display that evening. Pawan and his staff were so great, Ive decided to bring a retreat group here again this year!

Samode haveli is an excellent place for staying in Jaipur. To begin with the staff is extremely in the haveli. Having visited during covid pandemic we were pleased to see utmost sanitization protocols being followed. Next the ambience gives you the Royal feel. The rooms are spacious and remarkably clean with comfortable furnishing. The haveli provides you with enough space to walk around, sit and savour the grace of the water fountains present in almost all the corners. And lastly the restaurant which is all decked up with regal decor serves you with delicious multi cuisine dishes. Overall our stay at Samode Haveli was surpassingly memorable and the credit of which goes to the entire staff working there round the clock. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in very busy Jaipur. The hotel is a blissful place to escape from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. Our room was magnificent. The decor is magnificent and the restaurant serves excellent tasty food. The rooftop bar is a fantastic place to have a sundowner watching kites flying above Jaipur while the sun sets, and the reception courtyard is another great place to have a drink in the early evening listening to music.

Its a lovely property with an insight into a glorious past set amongst peaceful grounds. I now understand the earplugs in the drawer, as the call to prayer cannot be ignored in the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately there is the one restaurant serving the whole havelli. Do I wish for more meal options, of course, though something to be said for offering limited options but doing it well. However this was inconsistent of taste between the 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners and two-time snacks we had.

Truly a fabulous place to stay in Jaipur. The Samode Haveli is beautiful, our room was well appointed and the campus is absolutely stunning. Good food, including the complimentary breakfast, as well as dinners in the hotel restaurant. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We left Jaipur on a red-eye flight and were graciously permitted to spend the afternoon in the hotel’s public spaces. Concierge and reservations staff were just as kind and attentive after we checked out as while we were their paying guests. For this reason, I absolutely recommend this hotel—it is lovely and well located, with the best service I’ve experienced anywhere in India!

Stayed only for a day at the hotel but enjoyed every second of it. It is really a remarkable experience to stay at such a historical palace. The room was actually a whole apartment, equipped with everything you might need yet preserving the historical atmosphere. The staff could be nicer (though most of them were great). We received a very nice packed breakfast because we had an early flight.

This Haveli is located in mid of a very narrow street but when we enter this place is amazing, its interior is fantastic. Their rooms are very comfortable. Though the food was nice but I must say its extravagantly costly because of the foreigner visitors of this hotel so I would like to suggest that they should maintain two menus, one for the foreigner visitors & another one for the locals.
