Good product but they wont come for installation they only give you product to you by delivery

Worst service they are so good to us till we do the payment and once the goods are dispatched they never receive the call or responce to any service never buy anything from this brand they look heavy but soon as a month everything start to shake and break . Hi all dont buy equipment here. If u give advance. Never responds . 1 Lkh cheated from me. As a lady going to file a complaint. I try to ask my amount they all r block my number. Cheating. I will teach them lesson.

Their after sale service is very slow and poor. They are unresponsive. In one year I had developed problems in the treadmill twice and both times I had to raise complaint again and again for days before getting any genuine response. They are very polite in the shop but extremely rude once you try to get them to service the equipment bought. I strongly recommend to try other shops.

Good sports shop but a bit pricey. We tried to buy lots of sports gear for orphange like table tennis bats and balls etc. But they would not give a discount for bulk or charity purchases. For that reason they lost a star.
