Worst service ever... No customer oriented... They sent un-professionals for the installation and even after that it is not promissable that it would be fixed right.... And when it happens u only left to follow them up for days they will neither show up at your door to resolve ur problem which was created by them nor they will pick up the call. Disgusting people..

Jayanti market branch people service is very bad, they promise to send worker to install the AC within 24 hours but for me its been 72 hours still no one came to install the AC.Have to follow up so many times unnecessary waste of time.Wish could have purchased air condition from other shop.

Totally unethical and unprofessional staff. They just care to sale the item and taje the full payment in advance before delivery and then you just need to keep calling them for your product to be delivered. I bought and AC yesterday from Jayanti Bazar shop and they committed delivery to my home in mansarovar in next 2-2.5 hrs. Still after more than 24 hrs i havent received my AC. I made numerous calls to Mr. Pawan, Mr. Rajendra and at landline nos. since yesterday evening and every single time they said Ill get vack to you. Now finally today Mr. Rajendra said that they dont have the AC in stock. It means tgey kept majing ne fool since yesterday and dven today morning Mr. Pawan said that the delivery vehicle has left around 11:45 when i called him. Then again i called in the evening around 4:30 and he took me on the conference call with another person from their godown abd he said he had given my contact no to the driver and now hell get back to me within 10-15 min. No response till an hour then again i called Mr. Pawan and as expected he didnt picked up my calls. Then i called at godown where Mr. Rajendra said that they didnt have AC in stock so hell be able to deliver tomorrow. So ultimately they just tricked me and made me fool just because Ive paid full money in advance and trust them. Such a pathetic service. Shame on you guys. Ill never recommend Madan Aircon to anyone to buy anything from their store.
