Good infrastructure, value for money.But they have worst room service. If you order even water bottle they will take more than ½ hour. They charge 30 ruppes for 1 litre bottle and if you demand water jug from them, they will provide you dirty water ( it happens everytime in my case even after request to send clean water).

Yeah this guest house is very good and economical. We stayed here for 1 night. We took two rooms and rooms were very clean and big enough specially triple room ...

Services and good rooms are also spacious and well lit with big windows. Stay was very good and comfortable, looks like a Haweli from inside.

What a wonderful little hide away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the city. The room was clean and super adorable with authentic haweli vibes. Great location for my requirements. Well I went there to meet a stranger which was wonderful meet and experience. I must say wonderful plc in the city Jaipur.

Good facilities with cheapest charges must visit once. Also the food is yummy. The view on the Poornima night is peaceful.

It has almost all the aspects of a proper rajasthani mahal. Proper arrangements were made and staff is courteous.

The non AC room doesnt have a window, so thats suffocating. Considering only the AC rooms, the hotel is decent. The staff - the receptionist especially (Mr. Bhagwan Singh), has a hospitable attitude and the room service is great.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was an amazing experience. Harsh , the person incharge here was extremely helpful. The interiors are very beautiful( Haweli feels 😅) and so was the service of the staff. Our jaipur trip wnt great because of their co-operation. Would surely stay here again next time when we visit the city. 🥰🌼🌼❤

Hotel is overall okay. A few complaints though are...the TV is old fashioned crt screen which doesnt work many times, most obvious entertainment channels are not available, food menu is highly overpriced looking at the quality that they offer, food taste is just okay. Pros include it does give a little bit heritage type feel in low budget.Staff is polite and professional.you can try it.

This place has absolutely jaipur theme, the interiors and the everything is so like royal feeling. I booked it by the outlook but inside the room its more beautiful. It is exactly as shown in pictures... Loved the stay over here. Everything is perfect. And the best thing is all the places to visit is near to this place.

Krishna Palace was a very basic idea of a hotel. It was clean, the AC works fine, and the staff are helpful. The food is average, the coffee was wonderful, and the service was prompt. The beds were single sized foam mattresses despite the listing and pictures, claiming king size beds. The location is central to a few attractions, easy to catch a rickshaw or taxi service. My reservations for this space; no kitchen amenities, not even water provided in the room, got water in the shower ran out on day three of our trip, the room is actually very small with the floor mattresses in the way. Good stay for an overnight or just a place to sleep, in my opinion.

Heritage hotel with great staffKrishna Palace offers flair and great atmosphere for little money.  Though not everything was the newest standart, we loved the special atmosphere of being in a palace. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant on a terrace.We especially appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. They found a very capable professional to mend my necklace for little money. If needed, they also organize a doctor to see you in your hotel room.

The construction of this hotel is truly wonderful. its built in that old palace type. the food that we can order from their restaurant is amazing. theres 24x7 availability of hot water which is very essential in places like Jaipur. The room was spacious and comfortable. overall it was a good experience staying in Krishna palace.

Its a really nice and warm place to stay in Jaipur with friends or family. Its located in a way so that travelling in Jaipur is very easy. They also help you with any train or bus bookings that you might want. They have a rooftop restaurant that serves hot and yummy food.

The hotel is located at a very quite and calm place. This is highly recommended if you need some quite place to stay after traveling. The rooms are really nice and all the staff was very polite and friendly. There is a roof top seating area where you sit all day and night and also have food there. It complete value for money hotel in regards to both stay and food.

We were 5 ladies and 3 kids travelling to jaipur and reached at 10pm in the night. The hotel was gracious enough to send us a free pick up from the station. The hotel we got on request was a Superior room which was tastefully done and as required all of us accomodated in the same room comfortably. The kitchen closes at 10.30 but on our request they made our order , food quantity was not too good and the taste was simple. Beautifully made hotel provides a fantastic stay in affordable prices.

The hotel is situated in a posh residential area. Room rent is reasonable. Food quality could be better. Well decorated in the local Rajasthani theme. About 13 to 15 km from Jaipur Airport. Good for staying for a couple of days.

Krishna Palace has a nice homely ambience and my two night stay here was peaceful. The owners helped with the cab booking which was quite reasonable for one days travel which otherwise would have cost more. The rooms are very well maintained also the washrooms.All in all great service provided and a complete value for money stay.

It is a decent option to stay. The rooms are adequate enough to accommodate 2 people and charges are economical. Parking is a concern as this is a house converted into commercial property. We stayed there for 2 days and found the place decent & safe to stay. This place is within 5KM of railway station and conveyance is easy available to commute between Krishna palace & railway station. I would suggest if you are looking to decent option in less than 2000INR then go for it.

Very good place for stay in Jaipur. Its a family run hotel . In fact its a sort of palace. Food is average in their restaurant . Rooms are very good in size and its a value for money. They provide very good assistance for vehicle for city tour. Foreigner likes stay at this place very much.

It is definitely a beautiful place to be in. The white building looks amazing. Lot of the building has been newly built. But the of feel of Havelli is still there. The hotel serves only vegetarian. The rooftop restaurant is pretty amazing and is an experience itself. The receptionist and the owner are very polite. Great budget hotel if you are in Jaipur. Definitely give you a more heritage feel than most other budget hotels in Jaipur.

I travelled here in the month of August, 2019. This was my 2nd visit. The rooms smelled damp and musty. I get coughing bouts in such places. All the rooms I checked were the same. They have added rooms to the terrace and even that bit of beauty is no longer there. The garden had building materials and that too was smaller and unkempt. All in all, not worth the money they charge.

The best option in JaipurJaipur was my second stop in India, leaving from Delhi. The Krishna Palace is a special place and definitely needs to be consider once in Jaipur. It is far enough from the craziness of downtown but close enough to everything that needs to be seen.The hotel is family operated and they make sure that you can really feel at home. I had the best samosa you can ever taste. I asked for it and at night when I came back for dinner they were there, freshly made and svādisht (delicious in Hindi). All the meals are offered in the open terrace and the sunsine and sunset were following us. The young guy in the picture was extremely helpful answered all my questions. He is a great source of information besides being extremely professional and nice!If you are looking for a great experience in Jaipur besides a traditional India palace as a residence, Kristina Palace is a place to stay.I loved this place and I couldn’t stayed anywhere else in my next trip to Jaipur.

A great budget hotel with amazing facilities. Smooth check in process, Helpful staff, mid size clean rooms and very nice location. All city attractions are nearby and can b reached easily by car or public transport. I just felt that at times outside noise at guest house is too loud so staff needs to pass message to.each other in a decent manner. Also, all room services should be arranged prior checkin like TV was missing from my room. Rest all fair and i really enjoyed my stay there.

I am giving 2 stars just for the nice staff in krishna palace. But it was not at all good experience to stay there....Palace is very nice and clean but rooms are not.We got superdelux rooms but there was no hygiene care taken.They have very expensive food with no good facilities and again no hygienic utensils(to be precise).

The rooms are good and have all the basic amenities . The room have the old haveli accent which makes the rooms more beautiful and attractive . Also the tariffs are affordable . It is located in a residential area so it is also very much appropriate for families to stay here.

After two nights at Krishna Palace, Ill never stay anywhere else while in Jaipur. For only $11 a night, you and a friend can stay in a very Indian regal room. Its not luxury, but the rooms are clean and the service excellent. They have guards there and youll feel very safe. One of the best perks of this place is the rooftop restaurant. Its super cheap to get great food (both Indian and Western) and you can enjoy it while viewing the city. I highly recommend Krishna Palace!

The locality was so calm and the construction of the hotel was like haveli and rooms were spacious and clean staff were supportive some small hickups were there as the hotel was full but the main purpose of the hotel was solved as the stay and the atmosphere was worth it basics are all fine good rooms and hotel construction was great worth staying here❤️

We stayed at Krishna Palace for 4 nights and were sad to leave!The staff were very helpful and quick to offer advice and answer our queries. The concierge was very friendly and charming and all the staff we encountered helped to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.The architecture of the palace is beautiful and I’d recommend staying there. Breakfast/tea in the balcony/rooftop is delightful. The rooms are relatively simple though provide a nice point of difference from the average hotel room and contain all you need for a comfortable stay.We had several meals there - the thali’s were delicious and puri sabzi was a nice breakfast option.If I had the chance to return to Jaipur I’d stay there again without hesitation.

Really a wonderful place to stay. Service is great even after we gave some headache to them(Because of Delux room picture is been placed in standard room in Booking.com website). Ambiances are more worthier than our payment. Lot of antique things are placed. Tv, Wifi and intercom are good. Open terres dinning is more attractive. Especially the washroom and toilets are first class and hot water available at anytime with good temperature. Bed spread with wollen blanket made our stay warmer even in 10 ℃. Only concern is the food is little bit costlier but tasty. We stayed with our 3yrs kids, they provided hot drinking water whenever we asked. They arrange CAB for site seeing and pick up & drop at decent rate. If you are in Jaipur you can miss out some monuments but not Krishna Palace.

I stayed on 7 March, 2017 in this hotel. Everything is in this Krishna Palace is excellent. Location, room, room service and food, behavior of the staff and manger was very nice. Me and my wife started journey from Delhi. First we stayed Ahemdabad second Ajmer and third Jaipur but I had never got hotel like Krishna Palace. Great Experience.

Krishna Palace, Jaipur is the worst hotel we ever stayed. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for a short weekend family (Booking reference 119632977238) stay but we cannot express how disappointed we were with both the hotel and its staff. We arrived at the hotel about 1:30 pm on 22nd Nov, 2014 and we were provided 2 rooms worst than slums (SLUMS ARE REALLY BETTER). The rooms were extremely dirty (notice my word EXTREMELY), blanket had holes in them, toilets didnt had any water (yes, no water at all). Furthermore, the whole hotel is under renovation and there is dust and cement all over the place. You do not feel like you are staying in a hotel. Instead, you feel like having holiday in a slum. Even though this was already a holiday killer, we were very hungry when we arrived at the hotel so we decided to order some food. This was the WORST Decision we ever made. Food was bad (really bad). Taste was disgusting, dishes were dirty and we were provided with used tissues (can you believe, used tissues!!). WORST - WE FOUND A DIRTY NAIL IN THE DISH. YAK!!!!!!We discussed our concern with the Hotel Manager (a young rude and arrogant boy in mid 20s) who happens to be the owner of the hotel too. He didnt listen to us at all and said IF YOU WANT TO STAY, YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE ONLY. I CANT DO ANYTHING. As you can imagine, it was extremely rude, unsympathetic and a way of robbing guests by leaving them no choice. I contacted the online company I booked my hotel through and they called the hotel manager but the manager refused to do anything. After all these issues, we decided to leave the hotel we paid for full in advance and move to another hotel in the vicinity. We did not get refund but I WANT TO INFORM ALL TOURISTS WHO ARE LOOKING AT HOTELS IN JAIPUR. DO NOT EVER STAY AT KRISHNA PALACE JAIPUR. EVER!!!!!!!

They charge from my card unethically and dont yet refund my money. they told me they will refund back my money to my master card and yet they dont do that. I dont stay a single moment of there hotel but they charge 68$ from my card unethically way. be carefull before booked there room, you can be cheated like me

Nice place to stay.Location is very nice. Most of the tourist attractions, railway station and sindhi camp bus stand is just 3 to 4 kms aways from this hotel.Food is also vey nice here but they only serve vegetarian food.Staff is very nice.The only thing that I dont like was they do not provide chapals in the room.Also they have these old bulky TV in all of the rooms.Our tv was not even working.Overall it is nice but not the best

Krishna palace hotel is a budget haveli style hotel in banipark Jaipur. The overall building and amenities are decent at that price. But the staff & service needs to be improved.

I would say good place to stay, unfortunately we took the taxi from this hotel to see the places in Jaipur. worst is very small word for the experience we had. The driver was thief and cheater and making fool of us. It is our courtesy the we did not call the police.It reflects the Jaipur is not place where you can find honest people.

The rooms were neat and clean.It is more kind of guest house than a hotel.As per the name place there is antique touch in most of the furnitures placed in their premises.We didnt try their food so no comments on it.
