Nice room at this price,room was spacious enough clean bathroom nice staff but the room service is very very slow it has to be change otherwise a good hotel.

Rooms are good in condition, parking is also there. But behavior or reception staff is very poor and arrogant they are charging for 12 Hrs other vise they will be charging for whole day again if you delay in check out. Very rude I must say.Room where I stayed in.

Golden heritage is offered budget Accomdation with average quality rooms.Rooms are neat and clean.Service is good.U can choose it for good pure veg food.No parking lot structure if u are driving here with car parking may be a problem for you.Situated near collectrate also railway station and bus stand is just near by with in one kilometres

There is no cleanliness at hotel. Food was also raw and not nice by taste. Utensils were very dusty and smelly. Room service was ok but there were not good facilities...bcoz gyser was not working properly and there was also a problem with water supply. It was my second stay at Hotel Golden Heritage. Room service and food quality was good. Had a comfortable stay here.

Hotel location is close to railway station and bus stand. i booked a deluxe ac room for my family but as pics displayed on net it was totally opposite. being a deluxe room only. one chair and a very small eating table. Air condition was not good. wall paint was plucked and cement plasters could be seen. The. exhast of the bathroom made noise like fan of a aeroplane. The door of the. bathroom when you close from inside it made hell. lot of noise. No cupboard to hang clothes . Rest all is good .good staff good service neat and clean. well for 641 rs per night it is value for money.. I think the hotel management should focus on the decoration and inside maintainence of the roms. that is important.

I am very disappointed with their booking staff, I called them today at 11AM[19th November] to book the room and ask them to send price details at my email.that lady said I will send in a few minutesthen at 2 PM I called her, she said Server is down so I will send it after 1 hour.I called her at 3 PM then 4 PM and 5 PM too but she didnt send the details.at 8 PM I received the call till that time I already book another hotel.I SIMPLY WASTE MY HALF OF THE DAY BECAUSE OF THEIR LAZY STAFF.Suggestion: Staff should be more active.

Hotel is near Sindhi camp approx 1km ,room was little small and one thing that I dont like was the blankets nd the blankets cover were not so neat and it was smelling also ,overall the manager was good ,the location is good an average & satisfying experience given the price I have paid for the hotel

Hotel is situated in prime Bani Park location in Jaipur. It is hardly 50 metres from main road. Staff is courteous and trained. Room service is fast and people are friendly. I recommend this hotel for family stay.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The experience was pretty fine. The most advantageous was its location-- easily accessible to nearby markets malls, stations. And that special tea was pretty cool. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

In Budget, Good Staff, Better Service & Best Location, for me its always only place to stay in jaipur. I am a regular traveler to Jaipur and always stay there for a night. Staff even knows me by my face so never need to bargain & even ask for Room, if they have they give. Abhi aur kiya chahiye? ;)

It was my 2nd stay at golden heritaje, first was better than 2nd stay. Request to gust dont enquiry about the traditional market ir jaipur local treval at front desk. There is all local arangment are commission based.
