I must say the place is decent. I have been there before when it used to be 999 but it was not that well managed but this seemed pretty nice the ambience and the food taste and quality as well as the quantity was sufficient. It’s near panchbatti the view is superb. They provide coal heaters for warming the environment when sitting outside. The staff is well managed and very supportive and always smiling. Must visit place. Couple friendly and good for big get together.

We visited 999 for lunch as when looking for places to eat in Jaipur before our trip this bar was rated very highly and it did not let us down. Walking in the decor and ambiance was great and the staff were very attentive throughout the entire visit. We order a tandoori platter to start along with some vegetarian curries followed up by brownie and Gulab Jamun to finish. All the food was fantastic especially the paneer lababdar being a personal highlight. Again enough cant be said for the amazing service we received, a must go if in Jaipur!!

I traveled to India last year in the December. Was in Jaipur and had dinner at 999 Restro & Lounge. It is an amazing place. Many cuisines are available and Indian food is just too good.The overall feel of the restaurant is quite good and welcoming. Music events are a delight. The service is professional and fast. Great chain that always served good food at reasonable prices. Several years ago a chain called O’Charleys bought the ‘99 chain. The smartest thing they did was to leave it alone. Sometimes companies think they have to make changes. This restaurant chain still serves good food at reasonable prices and still has the local feel. Great value for families as well.

They distributed discount coupons for validity of one year and when we tried to redeem it on our bill they refused, the coupon is still valid till 5 Jan 2020 but on5 September 2019 they refused us .They call themselves lounge, and they didnt have breezers in the stock ( only orange was available) they have mentioned 5-6 varieties of breezers and none was available .The service is very poor I wont Suggest you to visit.The waiter was not easily accessible in the lounge, they refused us to sit in outside open part of lounge, they said that it was reserved but we spent 8- 10 ; 2 hours we spent there and it was still vacant.Not worth goingPoor serviceNo customer satisfaction

BekarA waiter name abhisek served us, he was the only person because of whom i had my food there except him their service was pathetic, manager acting as if he doesnt wants any guest in there.They didnt turn on the music, proper lighting till the time we told them to do so,Food was fine,Hospitality was worst ambiance was below average.Manager didnt allow us to seat outside in open even after rain stopped for 2 hours straight, he face was like sir, if you wanna stay- stay or leave.We were the only six people there for 3 hours, just when we were leaving a group came and no one Else.It was my decision to go there on my friends birthday, so i was blamed that her birthday was almost spoiled.
