Doesn’t even deserve a single star, we stepped in 20 minutes before store closing and they saw us and shut the store lights saying we can’t show any stuff anymore. We had come all the way for only a day, no staff was coorperative enough to even talk properly! And we were regular customers of anokhi, you lost a loyal customer. Very very bad experience.

Extremely rude staff and ridiculous customer service. They refused to exchange an item just because the lockdown happened and their so called 15 day exchange policy couldn’t be adhered to. Try continued to argue that a global pandemic didn’t matter and I should’ve shown up right after the unlock.

Anokhi is famous for high quality cotton Indian and western apparel along with home linen. This store is a must check out for those who are looking for Jaipur block print designs. their colors dont bleed. Prices are on the higher side. They have a organic cafe too beside the store.

If u wanna satisfy ur sweet tooth...yeah this is the right place fr u....tried their carrot cake and cheesecake which were exceptionally good....but except for the pizza of a kind v had there....worst dish ever tasted in my entire life but yeah caramalised onions are not meant for us....looking forward to try more over there but yeah go ahead and try their amazing relishing desserts!

Great place with delicious and healthy food. Has many vegan options, even for the cakes. Rather pricey for India but delivers with quality. The crowd is somewhere between rich Indians and European tourists (that’s include me I guess). Anyway, can totally recommend if you crave something light and healthy for lunch.

Customers would probably buy more clothes here if the staff were more friendly or helpful. On multiple occasions they refused to help find a size or a different pattern. Seems like the company pays them too little for them to care.

Anokhi is famous for their exquisite range of clothes. They have this small restaurant by the side of their showroom. A very well managed place all by the staff and all the staff is very courteous and hard working. Since the number of tables is less then the visitors, they encourage sharing the table and not sitting idle after the meal. The food is made of organic produce. They have some mediterranean and continental dishes with few Thai and other cuisine. Their pastries and drinks are amazing too.

A most wonderful little cafe in the heart of Jaipur city. The ambience and decor is only second to the taste. The menu is selective but beautiful curated. One can sample toasted bagels a la New York to a Middle eastern salad one might find alongside the Nile. The food is delightfully fresh and wonderfully tasty. I am a regular patron and have tried almost everything on the menu however if one might suggest, nothing beats a pot of Assam Tea with some Cheesecake. I can say on good authority that the cheesecake is among the tastiest in the country. So, if one wishes to read a book and indulge in something tasty, fresh and delightful, one is well advised to give this cafe a visit.

Awesome food! Vegan friendly, causal atmosphere, friendly staff. We cane here multiple times during our trip to Jaipur. I personally loved the hummus plate and vegan chocolate cake. It was about 600 rupees for those two plates, which may be pricey compared to other places, but I think it’s well worth it.

The food in this place has a very good standard,the place is confortable and quiet and the service kind and not invasive. Always a pleasure to be there.

The best clothes in India! Delicious block print cotton and modern cuts and styling. I get so many compliments on everything I wear from here (I went a bit cray and got many lovely things). The prices are high by India standards but the quality and ethics of Anokhi make it worthwhile and reasonable . The cafe has wonderful food . Totally worth treating yourself and then having lunch. The Anokhi museum is also lovely ( outside of town) and worth a visit if you enjoy textiles and block printing.

Healthy salad options, vegan options, 100% fruit juices with no water or syrup.After 5 days of travelling, I’ve developed a sore throat and flu like symptoms. The lack of healthy options, too scared to eat the fruit or salads and getting a bit tired of Indian foods since travelling, I was so happy to find Anokhi. It is on the expensive side and expect to pay western prices but it was so worth having a salad and fruit juices.Would be amazing if you could have fruit platters or other salad options on menu.

Prices are lot higher than usual. same products are available in market for much better rates. and designs are not as good as promised. similar designs are available and in much better price than this shop.i recommend you to talk to the other suppliers for the same products even for bulk production as this shop will always offer higher costs.for the same products and good-looking colors as this shop offers.but in much better cheaper rates.

I went with a friend and we found the staff were fine. They didn’t follow us around waiting on us hand and foot, but they were polite and prompt when we asked for styles and sizes. We went back a few days after our first visit and the staff remembered us and were very sweet and had a nice chat. The people on the register were good and double checked all items in the purchase (we bought quite a few items - the prices are very good compared to the few Australian stockists)The stock levels were ok - the branch in Delhi had a far bigger range of scarves, for example and I wish I had bought them when I saw them. According to a lady from the US that shops there often, the Jaipur store gets new stock on Friday and she said Friday or Saturday are the days to go for good stock.

Best overall selection and presentation to be seen in Jaipur. Agreeable well marked prices for top quality items. For the some reason this shop has the vibe and it’s better than all the rest.

One of the good shops in Jaipur to buy block print textiles and apparel. Unfortunately men’s collection is very limited. The shop is pretty big and premium. Being a premium shop, the prices are on the higher side. The cafe associated with this shop offers really good and tasty food.

Located KK Square - I believe this the flagship store for Anokhi... Pretty good, good stuff... Mostly women, some for met too. Nice big, spaced out store, never seen it too crowded. Bonus is that its with the Anokhi Cafe... Which itself makes this store worth a visit.

The serene coffee shop is amongst the favourite for Jaipurites as well as tourists.Its carefully designed menu appleas to every palette. The famous Anokhi cheesecake is one of the best in town.

Overpriced with a limited men’s collection. If your tour guide suggests this, they are most probably getting a cut of the final bill. Way better places to shop from in Jaipur..reach out to a local and they will help.

Largest collection of this brand housed in their flagship store. Seems to house a price range thats steep in this city thats only known for the summer basic, hand block printed cottons! Yet what a huge store with a cafe of its own on the same floor.

Been to Anokhi in other cities. This one is bigger. The cafe is cool place to chill for a bit.Look out for the sale rack for some great buys.

A wonderful open spacious clothing store thats sells the most amazing block print fabric clothing at not so big prices by western standards. Plus they have a great cafe where you can have fresh homegrown salads and real carrot cake that is divine. Coffee is good too.

This is the best and biggest Anokhi shop to my knowledge. We didnt visit the cafe but it appears quite elegant.

Dear Anokhi,I purchased several items from your shop in Jaipur yesterday, 11 Febrary 2019, around 3:50pm.The bill was 780 rupees and I paid 1080 rupees to one of your female cashier. She gave me a banknote, saying this is 300 rupees.I was not suspicious, wrongly beliving a grand shop like yours were trustworthy.And you know better than me. There is no such thing as 300 rupees banknote - and i only knew about it today! She lied. She just gave me 100 rupees instead. SHAME!Yes it is just a small money. Yet it destroyed my thrust in your shop, and i shall share this incident to my fellow tourists on the Internet.Unfortunately i did not keep the receipt. Enclosed is one of the item i bought in your shop along with two handkerchiefs.I thought Jaipur is a nice place. Judgy (discriminatory) AF.This is regarding an extremely unpleasant experience that I have had at the Anokhi store located at 2nd Floor KK Square, C-11 Prithviraj Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur.I dont use these words lightly and being long time and consistent customers of Anokhi, I am angry to report that the staff at this store was extremely rude and discriminatory to say the least. This happened not once but twice when the store manager came up to me and rudely told me to buy things quickly as I was holding up dressing room space - this at a time when out of the 5 dressing rooms not a single one but mine were occupied.Additionally throughout when trying clothes, I overheard the staff at the store saying unpleasant things such as why is she trying so many clothes.On both these occasions, the manager was very rude. She told me that people come here and shop for 5 lakhs. Whether a customer shops for 500 rs or 5 lakhs, it should be policy that they are treated the same way.It was finally when the second time this happened that I addressed this and called the manager out on what is essentially deeply classist and racist behavior. (They will hardly ever do this with their international clients or clients that look rich).

Worst Shopping Experience At ANOKHI, JaipurHello Everyone, through this testimony I want to share my worst ever shopping experience which was at Anokhi, Jaipur on 13/11/18, that left me fully traumatized and devastated, I was awfully insulted and was told not to visit there again in front of all staff and customers who were present there at that moment.I used to be a frequent buyer at Anokhi,Jaipur ,as usual I used to try the clothes there and which ever suited me good used to buy it. Since, i was in jaipur, i thought to visit anokhi for having a look at their new designs and new arrivals.As i was walking around, I selected a couple of clothes, took them home without trying as they were very promising already. As soon as i unpacked them and tried them i found that one of the clothes was torn a bit from a side. I went there next day with my friend to change, firstly they denied that they do not have the another piece in same design then I myself found it in the store and told them, then they said they cannot exchange it rather they would repair it in the factory, since, i was so fed up during all this I thought, let it be the end of story, and told them to repair it.Just after that they sent someone for me to say that the repair would cost ₹200, I was wondering why they are charging me this amount, thus, I went to the reception to have a word with the manager, as I was talking to her, she got really rude and harsh, I still held my patience, and asked her why?.During all that conversation the things went in a bit unexpected way, she started being really blunt and impolite, thanks to my friend who recorded the incident on the spot.They tried to snatch her phone and the guards were called and we were forcibly sent outside from the store alleging that we ourselves tried to tear the cloth and brought to them for exchange.I was left traumatized by that incident and was really shocked of what happened, a store where more than 50% of the customers are foreigners, they dont even know how to handle the feedbacks and greviences of customers rather being apologised for the inconvenience made to us they tried to put all the blame on us, and told us not to visit again.
