I am regular one at this outlet of Bata!!Very good collection and good response from the owner!!Highly recommend this shop for good shoes ,sandals slippers,and related accessories etc

Very good store for all kind of footwear for all age groups.

Very reasonable peoduct specially for growing kids. But the staff is least bothered about tour requirements. If the owner is around tou will be entertained otherwise no support from them.

*INACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIR-USERS!*The showroom is nice. Staff is polite and respectful. There are all sorts of shoes available. The only minus point is that this showroom is inaccessible for wheelchair users. There are a couple of stairs right at the entrance which make it impossible for wheelchair-users to roll inside. I had to get help in lifting my chair to go inside.

Very rude staff behaviour. If they dont have have a good product range. They just blame to bata that bata company has only this variety. The sales guy keeps arguing and gets aggressive and not ready to accept that some other bata shop has the products. Very unprofessional behaviour of staff here. I wont recommend this Bata outlet to anyone. Bata should think of kicking such people from their list. It is slowly killing their brand image.

All types including school, party and formal wears.Parking is an issue on Madhyam Marg as always. Road gets quite narrow with many vehicles parked roadside. Reducing one star for parking availability & limited footwear availability for Mens.

Located on main road, easily visible. Apart from footwears, accessories like bags, socks are also available. Any mode of payment is accepted here and also they are not charging for carry bag.

Bata is always Bata. Had bought bata shoes from here about an year ago from this store and they are going good. Also I needed shoes for college, I found them also here.Exchange policy is good in case you change your mind about the size you bought.

Great options for gets formal shoes, Value for money, Manager is good and witty but the staff is dull. Closing hours are too early 9:30 or 10:00. Start training your staff and see the difference in sales!

Nice showroom, i visited this place with my grand mother for buying some sleepers, here i got gud collection and buyed one pair of sleepers.one thing i not liked is that access to store way is not at all comfortable for old age people.

I purchase a Hush Puppies Belt in the month of February 2019 from Bata Showroom approx Rs.1200/- Buckle is broken and already complain to customer center and sent also two reminder but still i have not solve the problems. Bata Showroom service n response is very poor.
